十合室所｜Republic Design

本案專為一對即將退休的夫妻所設計，團隊從細節著墨，運用色調、材質、線條打造飯店般的低調奢華居所。空間中融入許多大膽嘗試，對生活需求的細膩考量更是處處可見。

This residence, crafted for a couple approaching retirement, exemplifies meticulous attention to detail through a refined interplay of color, materials, and lines that evoke a subtle, hotel-like luxury. The design boldly experiments while thoughtfully addressing the clients' lifestyle needs throughout.

步入玄關，天花上方的月彎型的燈幕率先打造溫和、擬真的光影效果，彷彿月光灑落，為入口奠定柔和基調，弧形更延伸至牆面和下方座椅，與地坪的特殊拼磚相得益彰。玄關更貼近生活機能，設置傘架、鏡面，並以鐵件置物平台增添空間層次。望向室內，日式檜木立柱映入眼簾，柱體上下皆留有縫隙以增加輕盈感，並以特殊手法銜接鐵件層架，其線條延伸至同色系電視牆面，為整體和諧勾勒幾分俐落。

Upon entering, a crescent-shaped ceiling fixture emits a soft, moonlit glow, setting a warm and inviting tone. The curved motif extends to the surrounding walls and bench, harmonizing with bespoke patterned floor tiles. Functional elements like an umbrella stand and metal storage platform add a practical layering. Japanese cypress columns imbue the interior with natural warmth; their offset bases and capitals enhance lightness and connect seamlessly to custom metal shelving. These linear elements continue to the TV wall, creating visual coherence.

考量公領域格局方正，團隊特別訂製不規則弧形中島，打破常見矩形樣式，為空間增添圓潤流動感，成為本案設計亮點之一。此中島不僅與圓弧餐桌錯位結合，更搭配兼具收納的金屬製桌腳，給予流動感與沉穩基底。上方吊燈則呼應桌面造型，同時注入柔和光線，中央的圓形茶几與中島、餐桌形成視覺呼應，創造連貫德設計語彙。沙發後方的書桌區則回應屋主的辦公需求，透過與公領域的併整，避免工作氣息滲入私人生活空間。

Responding to the rectangular public space, the team designed an irregularly curved kitchen island that disrupts conventional geometry, injecting fluidity and serving as the home’s focal point. The island subtly offsets a matching round dining table, whose surface blends with the palette and rests on refined metal legs. Integrated metal shelving and concealed outlets ensure order and convenience. Curved pendant lights echo the dining forms, while a fireplace beneath the TV wall animates the living area. A circular coffee table completes the ensemble, visually linking key elements. Behind the sofa, a bespoke workspace meets the couple’s needs, maintaining a soothing ambiance by keeping work separate from private areas.

貫徹低奢語彙，主臥室衛浴採開放式設計，面向窗景讓私領域更加寬敞通透。浴缸以電子玻璃圍合，平時可享全景視野，必要時則瞬間化為隱私屏障。雙人床面朝大面窗，自然採光充盈室內，抬眼望即是優美山景。此外，細節處如門把，掛衣桿等，皆為量身訂做，更隨著動線設置地腳燈，確保夜間行動安全，也避免開燈打擾伴侶休息。本案在光影、材質與線條的交織下，成為業主人生新階段的溫暖居所；從彎月形燈幕灑下的柔光、檜木立柱的溫潤氣息，到訂製的中島與貼心的地腳燈，每一處細節都展現設計團隊對生活質感的用心實踐。
