Relationship between details and space: The space is a large puzzle of many detail- patterns. We try to interpret every space, every building, every furniture as a sum of detail- patterns, speaking the same architectural language. To develop this project- specific architectural language, or better sentence, or even better single word, is our main work during the design process. Once you have the individual architectural sentence our word for the project, you have everything as a sum of detail patterns out of this word.

細部設計與空間的關係：空間是許多細部—形式的大拼圖。我們嘗試去詮釋每個空間、每棟建築與每件家具，將它們視為細部—形式的組合，個個都使用相同的建築語言。在設計過程中，我們主要針對設計案發展建築語言，去運用更好的句子，甚至更棒的單字。一旦建構出單獨的建築語句、抽離出設計案專屬的單字，便可從這個單字去組合細部形式。
