近境制作｜Design Apartment

全案圍繞「極簡」與「華麗」的微妙平衡展開，採當代義式語彙為骨幹，融合特殊漆、鍍鈦金屬與石材等異材質層疊堆砌，呈現華麗不張揚、洗鍊卻層次豐富的居家樣貌。

Designed around a subtle balance between minimalism and luxury, the home adopts a contemporary Italian aesthetic as its foundation, layering specialty finishes, titanium-coated metal, and stone to create a living space that is polished yet rich with texture.

客廳中，一組別緻的 B&O 音響成為屋主品味象徵，也是設計構思的起點，空間基調亦由此延伸鋪陳。沙發擺設精心考量視線動線，自此可遠眺台北 101 ，將城市地標納入日常景色。電視牆透過精緻比例與流暢線條融入空間，內藏機櫃與音響設備，並在開合方式與尺寸上皆經縝密規劃，滿足實用與整潔需求。

In the living room, a sculptural B&O speaker set becomes both a design focal point and a symbol of the homeowner's refined taste. Its presence inspired the tone of the entire interior. The sofa layout carefully aligns with the sightline toward Taipei 101, weaving the city's landmark into daily life. The TV wall, defined by precise proportions and fluid lines, conceals equipment and storage within meticulously planned cabinets, fulfilling both functional and visual clarity.

客廳與餐廳間橫亙一道大樑，設計師以略微降低天花搭配弧形線條化解視覺斷裂，使轉折柔和自然，並於天花隱藏變色燈條，串聯兩區光影層次，讓品酒與聚會等情境靈活轉換。天花的降低亦創造餘裕空間，可收納必要設備，兼顧機能與美感。

A structural beam spans the living and dining areas. Rather than allowing it to disrupt the space, the designer slightly lowered the ceiling and introduced soft curves to smooth the transition between zones. Hidden color-changing light strips follow the ceiling's path, adapting to various moods while offering space above for essential mechanical systems.

回應屋主期望在簡約基調中注入奢華的期待，設計師以細膩的選材貫穿全室：始於玄關區的鍍鈦金屬，延伸至起居空間的特殊塗料，再到與石材的局部點綴；色彩則以米、棕、咖啡色交織，透過金屬反射悄然提亮空間光澤，低調中自帶華麗。

To refine luxury within a clean aesthetic, material choices are thoughtfully layered: from titanium-coated accents at the entrance, to luminous specialty wall finishes, and stone elements used as subtle highlights. The palette of beige, brown, and coffee tones is enhanced by reflective surfaces, adding a quiet elegance throughout.

餐廚區設置側開櫃體，巧妙隱藏咖啡機等相較具生活感的用品，藉此維持畫面質感，同時提升收納彈性。中島選用咖啡色國畫石，石紋如墨筆潑灑，自成景緻；餐桌則以耐刮人造石製成，兼具日常實用與細節考量。

In the kitchen and dining space, side-opening cabinetry discreetly hides appliances like the coffee machine, maintaining a tidy visual flow and allowing for flexible storage. The central island, topped with coffee-colored ink stone, features brushstroke-like patterns that resemble abstract art. A scratch-resistant engineered stone dining table balances everyday practicality with subtle beauty.

設計語彙延伸至臥室與更衣室，氛圍轉為柔和包覆。皮革櫃門與床頭背板營造溫潤感，鏡面床頭板則延伸視覺深度。更衣室運用玻璃與鋁框於狹長格局中打造通透感，鏡面反射亦放大空間視覺。這座為三口之家量身打造的城市寓所，在低限語彙中蘊藏細節與質感，細緻勾勒出深層的生活輪廓。

The same design language extends into the bedroom and dressing room, where leather-clad cabinetry and a mirrored headboard create softness and visual depth. Glass and aluminum frames in the dressing area introduce openness, while mirrored panels expand the space. Created for a family of three, this residence finds richness in restraint, shaping a calm yet deeply expressive portrait of modern living.
