本案位於高雄駁二共創2.0，遊走於歷史紋理與當代設計之間，將歲月痕跡與現代語彙交融，譜寫出全新的空間篇章。原為第一銀行老倉庫的建築，近四米的挑高與充沛的自然光線成為先天優勢，原始樑柱以低調姿態延續舊日記憶，靜默地訴說著懷舊往事。透過設計巧思，這片空間不僅重塑結構功能，更讓歷史感與現代美學在交錯光影中相映成趣。

This project explores the harmony between historical textures and modern design, creating a dynamic interplay that breathes new life into a space rich with history. By blending traces of the past with contemporary aesthetics, it forms a fresh spatial narrative. Originally a warehouse, the building offers inherent advantages with nearly four-meter-high ceilings and abundant natural light. The original beams and columns remain as silent witnesses to its storied past, preserving the industrial charm.

一進門，純白如「小房子」的方正量體映入眼簾，搭配精挑細選的擺設，整體氛圍溫潤而有序，彷彿步入一座靜謐圖書館。既有結構不僅是物理上的支撐，更是時間之見證：樑體的原始樣貌被完整保留，記錄著建築歷史；柱體以仿舊處理延續既有肌理，與潔白牆體和天花形成鮮明對比，從而交織新與舊、粗曠與細緻的對話。中心柱體由鏡面包覆消弭厚重感，同時反射四面場景，如一幅動態畫布，為每一視角帶來多變的畫面感受。

Upon entering, a striking white, house-like cubic volume immediately draws attention. The original beams retain their weathered appearance, while the columns are treated with an aged finish that contrasts vividly with the clean white walls and ceilings. This juxtaposition creates a dialogue between old and new, rugged and refined. A central column clad in mirrors reduces its visual weight, reflecting its surroundings like a dynamic canvas. This reflective surface offers ever-changing perspectives, making the column a focal point of shifting light and shadow throughout the day.

空間布局分為兩大區域：左側靠窗處光線充沛，設有中島與休憩區；右側為辦公區域，一個個白色量體形塑功能界線，再透過矩形開口打破領域框架，精準的大小與高度，一面框住窗外港景，一面收集映射於柱體的鏡面光影，形成流動的視覺語言。

The interior is divided into two primary zones. On the left is a central island accompanied by a lounge area, offering a space for relaxation and casual interaction. On the right lies the workspace, where white cubic forms delineate functional boundaries. Strategically placed rectangular openings punctuate these forms, capturing views of the harbor on one side while reflecting light and shadow on the other. These elements create a fluid visual rhythm, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.

踏階而上抵達休憩空間，台北辦公室的「書牆」元素在此延續，與小房子相互錯落，勾勒出耐人尋味的比例關係；灰白色調與小房子的純白亦形成微妙對比，進一步強化結構層次與深邃感。一張大理石茶几點綴於冷色系場景之中，其獨特紋理與細膩光澤猶如畫龍點睛，成為引人注目的亮點。綜觀全局，從小巧的茶几到宏大的書牆，各種量體雖看似隨性散置，卻在無形間形成和諧秩序，且其高度與基地結構留有充分餘裕，既避免壓迫感，又保有親近性。訂製紗簾彷若一層輕柔濾鏡，不僅緩和高雄炙熱的陽光，更流露舒適與細膩的氛圍。

Ascending to the lounge, design elements echoing those of the Taipei office come into view. A "book wall," integrated with the house-like volume, adds depth and intrigue through its proportional relationships. The contrast between the soft gray-and-white tones of the lounge and the pristine white of the cubic form enhances the structural complexity. A marble coffee table introduces a layer of elegance, while the arrangement of furnishings—from the compact coffee table to the towering book wall—achieves a sense of effortless balance and harmony. Custom sheer curtains gently filter Kaohsiung's intense sunlight, creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere.

此案由形式到細節，傳遞著一種對「偶然性」的接納，任憑光線自由穿梭、反射，以純淨基底承接各樣光影，再以彈性且豐富的日常活動，逐漸填滿塊體間的空隙。光影曖昧之間，層次堆疊之中，流淌於空間的不羈自由得以完成。

This project celebrates the beauty of "serendipity" in design. The neutral backdrop serves as a blank canvas, allowing light and shadow to play freely across the space. Over time, the voids between the volumes are enriched by flexible, daily activities, infusing the space with life and purpose. Every detail, from the integration of historical elements to the subtle play of light, transforms this former warehouse into a sophisticated, multifunctional environment.
