中國紹興 金昌蒙德斐爾幼稚園
在繁華的歷史街區中，本案以幼兒園最高建築標準打造教育設施，園內共設有 18 個教學班，為孩子們創造出一個充滿啟發性、與自然和諧共融的學習場域。
Located in a high-density historical district of Shaoxing, KINCANG Modern Pre-school is an educational project designed by LYCS Architecture, with a total floor area of 16,512 sqm and 18 teaching classes. Built to the highest standards of Chinese kindergarten architecture, the school offers an inspiring, nature-integrated environment in the heart of the city.
為了應對高密度空間的挑戰，設計團隊以「綠野仙蹤」為設計靈感，將建築量體拆解為六座以 U 形佈局排列，外觀以純白色為主的人字屋頂「小屋」，置於貫穿一、二樓層猶如起伏的「綠色地毯」之上。這片草坪，不僅將校園轉化為城市中的生態遊樂場，亦為孩童們打造安全而充滿探索樂趣的成長環境。
With a plot ratio of 1.3, the project represents a rare high-density kindergarten. To respond to this challenge, the design team introduced the concept of "The Wizard of Oz," reinterpreted as an ecological playground in the city. The building mass is broken down into six white, gabled "cabins," arranged in a U-shape and set atop an undulating "green carpet." This continuous grass slope runs through the ground and second floors, gently enveloping children in a space of security and discovery.
屋頂脊線採非對稱扭轉，營造出活潑有趣的視覺張力；所有轉角與入口皆以柔和的弧線處理，兼顧安全性與舒適性。白色鋁質立面搭配象徵陽光的暖黃、橙紅色調，巧妙地為空間注入活力，並確立多元而統一的建築語彙。每一座「小屋」皆依據孩童尺度量身設計，藉此強化他們的空間辨識與歸屬感。
The architectural language is diverse yet cohesive. White aluminum facades are paired with sun-inspired warm yellow and orange-red tones on the inner surfaces, enhancing spatial vitality. The roof ridgelines are asymmetrically twisted for a playful form, and all corners and openings are softly chamfered for safety and comfort. Each "cabin" is custom-scaled for children to enhance their sense of recognition and belonging.
本案摒棄傳統的樓層分隔設計，轉而採用多向互通的立體活動空間。草坪、階梯與走廊串聯起室內外及上下層的流暢動線。六座建築以彩色玻璃走廊相連，讓孩童在遊走之間盡情感知與探索。當陽光穿透灑入室內時，便開啟一場奇幻的光影體驗。每間教室皆配置活動區、午睡室、更衣間、飲水區與衛生間。明亮色塊與溫潤木質交織，拱形門洞與依孩童比例設計的可移動式家具，使空間化為如童話般充滿趣味的主題式氛圍，讓孩童在遊戲與探索間啟發無限想象力。
Rather than traditional floor-by-floor separation, the campus forms a multi-directional three-dimensional activity space. Grassy slopes, stairs, and corridors connect inside and outside, top and bottom. Stained-glass corridors link the six buildings and allow colorful light to enter, offering a whimsical spatial experience and guiding children's movement and perception.
This storybook quality continues indoors through themed interior scenes. Bright color blocks are combined with warm wood finishes, while arched doorways and child-scaled furnishings define playful learning environments. Each classroom unit includes an activity area, nap room, cloakroom, drinking area, and restroom, with movable furniture that supports diverse educational settings and fosters hands-on learning and independence.
此外，空間規劃涵蓋多元公共與文化場域。其中，小型劇場可靈活運用於各類活動；泳池以漸層粉藍磁磚鋪面，搭配拱形天花與圓弧入口，映照出夢幻的夏日氣息；屋頂空間更延伸出戶外活動場域，讓閱讀、種植、觀星與表演在此自由展開，為校園注入無限生機。
The school also provides a wide range of communal and cultural spaces. A 200-seat small theater features retractable seating for flexible use. The swimming pool, fully tiled in gradient pink-blue, features vaulted ceilings and arched openings, creating a dreamy summer space. Rooftop areas extend outdoor activity possibilities, accommodating planting, reading, stargazing, performances, and more.
清晨，孩童經由安全的地下接送區抵達，步入採光豐沛的大廳，直接通往中央花園。最底層空間則規劃為文化活動區域，涵蓋圖書館、親子餐吧、兒童運動館等設施，豐富孩童的社交學習經驗，讓校園生活猶如展開一場「奇幻之旅」。本案以孩童視角為核心考量，將「綠野仙蹤」的理念注入整體設計、敘事主軸與空間創新之中，使這座未來型幼兒園成功將想像力帶入生活，為校園設計帶來新的設計面貌。
On the ground floor, a "fantasy tour" of cultural activity spaces—including a picture book library, parent-child dining bar, children's sports hall, and others—enriches social learning. Each morning, children arrive through a safe underground drop-off area and enter a sunlit foyer that opens to a central garden, making every school day feel like an adventure. The Wizard of Oz is a new milestone for LYCS Architecture in high-density urban educational design. Through the integration of child-centered thinking, storytelling, and spatial innovation, the project sets a benchmark for future-oriented kindergartens that bring imagination to life.
