大向設計｜Dimension Design

白色盒狀建築內，隱藏著一座如藝術場域的牙醫診所。盒子敞開，輕盈純淨的空間躍然眼前，宛如一間簡約的咖啡廳。大向設計以細膩手法推演，賦予醫療場域溫潤質感，消弭冰冷印象，並依循「去醫療化」與「去醫美化」原則，重塑大眾對醫療空間的想像。

Within a white box-like structure lies a dental clinic that feels more like an art space. As the doors open, a light, pure interior unfolds, reminiscent of a minimalist café. Through meticulous design, the space softens the clinical atmosphere, dissolving its cold, sterile image. Guided by the principles of "de-medicalization" and "de-aestheticization," it redefines the perception of medical environments.

入口內退與街道保持距離，營造入內儀式感，率先淡化診所的冷硬印象。遵循「去醫療化」理念，團隊將醫療氛圍降至最低，轉而關注患者從進入診所到離開的完整體驗——從視覺的柔和過渡、隱私的細緻維護，到心理的舒適安定，皆納入考量。

The entrance is subtly recessed, creating a sense of arrival while maintaining a respectful distance from the street. In line with the "de-medicalization" concept, the design minimizes clinical overtones, instead prioritizing the patient's experience from entry to departure—seamless visual transitions, carefully maintained privacy, and a sense of psychological ease.

進門後，第一視覺不是掛號櫃台，而是幾何交錯的純白畫面，轉移就醫的緊張感受。櫃檯低調隱於大門右側，醫療人員可主動迎接來訪者，形塑親切互動，開窗設計則提升通透感，利於掌握診所內外人流。

Upon entering, visitors are not met with a conventional reception desk but rather a composition of intersecting white geometric forms, gently redirecting focus from the anxieties of a medical visit. The reception area is discreetly positioned to the right of the entrance while strategically placed windows enhance openness and spatial fluidity.

不同於傳統開放式診療區，診間採獨立區隔設計，設計師為了避免過度分割空間可能帶來的壓迫，透過拉門與牆體的靈活布局，讓醫療動線、診察流程與患者出入互不干擾。場內塊體層層堆砌，展現精密的解構美學，全案因此以「砌」為題，透過「解構與重組」的概念，映照牙醫的診療過程，賦予空間深度的敘事感。

To prevent a sense of confinement, sliding doors and flexible partitions ensure clear yet unobtrusive circulation for medical staff and patients alike. Sculptural volumes define the interior, embracing a deconstructed aesthetic that inspired the project's name, "Qi" (砌), symbolizing "disassembly and reconstruction"—a concept that mirrors the precision of dental procedures and imbues the space with a narrative depth.

收納機能隱於無形，純白柱體內藏吊櫃，而看似展示藝品的檯面，實則是為書寫需求或臨時置物而設。材質依循「去醫美化」，避開華麗裝飾，轉以內斂而富質感的用材呈現細膩層次。牆面與櫃體採用班傑明超耐磨漆，細緻的顆粒感與蛋殼紋理鋪陳雅緻細節；局部點綴的大理石，則如潔白盒子中散落的美學語彙，低調而富驚喜。特意留白的牆面展示著院長的藏畫，候診區的座位延伸至戶外，路人亦可在此稍作停留，建立診所與周圍環境的連結。全案綜合設計師、醫療方及患者的三方角度，締造既具匠心又充滿感官體驗的醫療空間。

Storage elements are seamlessly integrated, with concealed overhead cabinets within white columns and sleek countertops that double as functional surfaces. Eschewing ornate embellishments, the materials reflect understated refinement—walls and cabinetry are coated in Benjaminmoore, lending a fine-grain texture reminiscent of eggshells, while marble accents subtly punctuate the all-white space, offering unexpected moments of visual delight. A curated selection of paintings adorns a deliberately unembellished wall, while the waiting area extends outdoors, fostering a connection between the clinic and its surroundings. This project harmonizes the perspectives of designers, medical professionals, and patients, crafting a space that is both meticulously considered and sensorially enriching.
