烏拉圭蒙特維多 Sánguche 輕食餐廳
本案位於烏拉圭首都內低樓層建築的一樓，熱鬧的街區每周皆有盛大的跳蚤市場與市集，設計團隊為了呼應周遭環境的熙攘氛圍，減去繁複裝潢，讓空間以亮眼、明快的設計融入環境。
At the corner of Tristán Narvaja and Uruguay streets, in Montevideo's Cordón neighborhood, SÁNGUCHE occupies a fully refurbished ground-floor space within a low-rise building with an ornate façade. Located in the heart of the city's street market district —home to the iconic Feria Tristán Narvaja every Sunday— the project responds to a fast, intense urban setting with a solution that's clear, efficient, and low-cost.
整體設計簡要直率，以空間內的兩個元素為重：簾幕與吧台，醒目的半透明黃色 PVC 簾幕不僅是空間的視覺焦點，更俐落劃分出工作區域，同時避免實體隔牆的封閉感。貫穿空間的長形鍍鋅鋼鐵吧台將空間一分為二：一側為服務區、另一側為用餐區。此編排讓整體空間整潔有秩，筆直動線能有效引導人流，避免人群交錯行動而混亂。
The entire intervention relies on two simple yet decisive gestures: a curtain and a counter. The curtain, made of translucent yellow PVC, filters space and adds identity. It signals service zones, conceals what doesn't need to be seen, and becomes a visual anchor. The galvanized steel counter, continuous and frontal, divides the interior into two parts: service area and dining area. This minimal strategy organizes movement without overlaps or confusion.
其餘室內裝置則選用樸實、耐用的材料，在中性色調下，鍍鋅鋼面、金屬層架作為配角襯托店面販賣的餐點。設計語彙貫徹「減法邏輯」：減少元素，簡化空間線條。由當地工作室 Taller Capitán 客製打造的家具 NoWaste 系列，其熱浸鍍鋅鐵件堅固、實用，且呼應空間其餘材質。在這間明亮的店面裡，每件設置皆有其必要性，無一多餘。而其中懸掛於主吧台上、特別訂製的六公尺管狀吊燈尤為獨特，部分零件為 3D 列印製成，此舉有效運用資源、創造出視覺張力，與空間其餘的嵌燈作出對比。
The interior is resolved with raw, affordable, and durable materials: galvanized steel surfaces, metal shelving, and a neutral palette that doesn't compete with the food on offer. The project embraces a logic of austerity — fewer elements, stronger definition. Furniture was custom-designed by local studio Taller Capitán, using their NoWaste line. Built in hot-dip galvanized iron, the pieces are sturdy, functional, and reinforce the project's material consistency. Every object is essential; nothing is decorative. A six-meter-long opaline tubular lamp hangs over the main counter. Designed and developed specifically for the project, it's built with 3D-printed parts, offering a strong visual presence with limited resources. It's paired with recessed ceiling lights and, when weather allows, additional outdoor seating on the sidewalk.
本案形塑於精準與粗糙之間，團隊運用當地材料打造內部擺設，呈現直接、鮮明，且符合都市氛圍的場域。摒棄繁瑣色彩與裝飾，在坦率設計中，展現大膽用色與空間配置的力量。
SÁNGUCHE moves between precarity and precision. It uses standard, locally available materials, works with what's at hand, and transforms the ordinary into something direct, urban, and adaptive. It doesn't pretend to be more than it is — and in that honesty lies its strength.
