台灣新竹 生物醫學園區第三生技大樓
本案以《生物有機性》為概念,將建築比擬為生物體,融入周圍環境並與景觀綠帶串連,並且兼顧生技研究與產業塑造,打造永續綠能、科技意象及人文理念融合而成的全新形態生技大樓。此生醫園區是一片被環山、農田、綠地環繞的土地,遼闊的地景、低矮的建築群,造就優美的研究育成環境。
The overall design concept of the building is based on "bio-organic" It compares the architecture to a living organism that blends into the surrounding environment and is connected to the landscape green belt. The project provides a creative research platform for the biotechnology industry, while incorporating sustainable green energy, technological imagery and humanistic concepts, to elevate organic architecture to a level of holistic consciousness. Factors such as wind, sunlight, and thermal energy were considered through parameterized simulation. The biological concept of cell migration was translated into rhythmic exterior walls, presenting an organic building that embodies a holistic consciousness. Surrounded by mountains, Farmland, and open space, Zhubei Biomedical Park forms a beautiful research and incubation environment.
設計團隊企圖將建築集中,留出最大的開放空間及綠地,與中央綠帶串連;外觀輪廓則考慮風場、日照與熱能等自然因素,將量體錯置堆疊並透過參數化分析模擬,將仿如細胞遊走的概念語彙,轉譯為律動的模組化外牆開窗方式,呈現出全人意識的有機建築。內部使用空間則以交流共享為主要概念,標準層採用三種不同大小之單元,以有機且富彈性的配置方式,加上人與物分流的動線系統提供多種排列組合,滿足不同規模之承租者,亦使每一單元空間有獨立且完善自主的使用空間。此外,似三合院的配置方式亦展現多樣型態之交流共享場域:包括挑高迎賓大廳、會議室及多功能使用場所等;二樓則置入空中花園,以多樣化的植栽設計,與周圍景觀相呼應;六至十一樓更每 2 層樓設置一處明亮的挑空空間,供舉辦研討或展覽等交流活動,助於合作及研發資源共享,望藉此嶄新的生醫建築,協助推動台灣生物醫學產業之發展。
Communication and sharing as the main concepts. The standard floor adopts three breeding units of different sizes. The organic and flexible configuration method, coupled with the moving line system that separates people and goods and the efficient electromechanical air-conditioning system, provides a variety of arrangements and combinations to meet tenants of different sizes. Each breeding unit has its own independent and perfect use space. In addition, similar to the configuration of a courtyard, a variety of central communication and sharing spaces are created: including a 5-story welcome hall on the first floor, a meeting room, and a multi-functional place; The planting design echoes the central green belt to create a multi-level green rest space; from the 6th floor to the 11th floor, a bright open space is set up every 2 floors, in addition to providing a comfortable environment for seminars held by various breeding units Exchange activities such as exhibitions or exhibitions are conducive to benign mutual cooperation and sharing of research and development resources. It is hoped that this brand-new biomedical building will help promote the development of Taiwan's biomedical industry.
