20年的歲月痕跡沉澱在這座都市華廈裡，原始格局的缺陷像一道無形枷鎖，禁錮著28坪面積的潛能。然而，一場精心規劃的改造工程，卻將這看似難以突破的限制，轉化為獨特的居家敘事。設計師藉由精準觀察與靈敏直覺，譜寫出一曲化腐朽為神奇的詩意變奏，讓老屋散發前所未有的生命力。

The passage of 20 years has left its marks on this urban residence, with the original layout’s flaws acting like an invisible shackle, restraining the potential of the 28-ping space. Yet, a meticulously planned renovation has turned this seemingly insurmountable limitation into a unique home narrative. Through keen observation and intuitive insight, the designer has composed a poetic transformation, breathing new life into the old apartment.

最引人注目的是設計師針對空間的大膽重組：拆除入口處不合理的臥室，令原本局促的玄關、餐廳與廚房煥然一新。這個決定除了改善採光不足的問題，同時為四口之家創造出嶄新的情感交流核心 —— 一座長達2.1米的餐桌，見證家人間工作、學習與團聚的溫馨時光，也成為招待親朋好友的理想場所。

The most striking feature is the designer’s bold reconfiguration of the space: the removal of an ill-placed bedroom at the entrance, which revitalized the previously cramped foyer, dining area, and kitchen. This decision not only solved the issue of insufficient natural light, but it also created a fresh emotional heart for the family of four— a 2.1-meter dining table that bears witness to the family’s moments of work, study, and togetherness, also becoming an ideal place for entertaining friends and family.

室內動線以餐廳為中心，編織出兩條優美的行進路徑：一條直線串聯著客廳、餐廳與廚房，另一條則以餐廳為軸心，將各私領域優雅地環繞其外。同時一座半穿透的展示收納櫃巧妙佇立於餐桌尾端，精緻的大理石立面與鍍鈦層板在柔和燈光映照下，為場域增添高雅氣韻，並勾勒出若隱若現的區域分界。

The interior layout revolves around the dining area, creating two elegant pathways: one that directly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, and another that elegantly surrounds the private areas around the dining space. A semi-transparent display and storage unit cleverly stands at the end of the dining table. The exquisite marble facade and titanium-plated surface, illuminated by soft lighting, enhance the space’s sophisticated atmosphere while subtly defining different zones.

設計師選擇內斂的灰色、木色為基調，再融入沉穩的咖啡色，形塑沉穩而富有層次的視覺饗宴，隨處可見圓弧語彙的靈動演繹，從天花到電視牆，再到餐桌造型，宛如一首優美圓舞曲，將剛硬的建築線條化為柔美的動人旋律。玄關的水磨石磁磚、電視牆的大板磚、溫潤的木地板，以及後方主牆的清水模質感特殊漆，每一處材質搭配都經過精心考量，層層堆疊出細膩靜謐的舒適氛圍。光影設計更別具匠心，捨棄傳統主燈，改以嵌燈與間接照明輔以自然光源，整體環境由此沐浴在溫和而均勻的光暈中。客廳重新改變的座向，讓人能夠安坐於沙發上，透過陽台飽覽戶外綠意，將自然景致完美框進開闊視野之中。

The designer chose a restrained palette of grays and wood tones, complemented by a stable coffee color, creating a visual feast that is both grounded and layered. Curved forms appear throughout— from the ceiling and TV wall to the dining table design— like a graceful waltz transforming rigid architectural lines into a soft, captivating melody. The terrazzo tiles at the entrance, large-format tiles on the TV wall, warm wooden floors, and the raw concrete walls with a special textured paint were all carefully chosen to build a serene, comfortable atmosphere. The lighting design is particularly ingenious, replacing traditional overhead lights with recessed and indirect lighting, further enhanced by natural light, bathing the entire space in a gentle and even glow. The reoriented seating in the living room allows for a comfortable view of the outdoor greenery through the balcony, perfectly framing nature within an expansive sightline.

私領域延續公領域的設計風格，主臥室內的圓弧元素與簡約配色相得益彰，木作床頭的特殊漆面，在白色百葉窗篩落的柔光襯托下，展現獨特寧靜氣質。設計師靈活將最初失衡的四房配置，調整成符合實際需求的三房設計，讓每個空間都能充分發揮其功能價值，使得本案悄然蛻變為一個承載著溫度與品味的理想居所，替全家人帶來超越期待的生活想像。

The private areas continue the design style of the public space, with curved elements and minimalist tones complementing each other in the master bedroom. The unique painted finish on the wood headboard, softly illuminated by light filtering through the white blinds, evokes a tranquil and distinctive aura. The designer has skillfully adjusted the original, imbalanced four-room layout into a more practical three-bedroom design, allowing each space to fully fulfill its functional value. This subtle transformation has turned the apartment into an ideal home that carries warmth and taste, offering the family an enriched living experience beyond their expectations.
