阿根廷埃斯科巴 垂直．水平多功能亭
本案由「垂直亭」與「水平亭」兩座裝置構成，坐落於阿根廷 Puertos Escobar 的生態保留地——一片融合自然與人文、緊鄰溪流的廣袤土地。兩亭沿主幹道設置，透過建築介入，探討人與生態系的空間關係。「垂直性」源自拉丁文 verticālis，意指「最高點」，象徵自地面升起、螺旋上升的觀察視角；而「水平性」則如地平線般展開，強調人與環境的橫向連結與去階層化互動。
The project consists of two architectural installations—Folie Vertical and Folie Horizontal—situated within the ecological reserve of Puertos Escobar in Argentina, a vast landscape where nature and culture converge along the banks of a stream. Positioned along the reserve's main road, the two pavilions serve as architectural interventions that explore the spatial relationship between humans and the ecosystem. The concept of "verticality," derived from the Latin verticālis, refers to the "highest point," symbolizing a spiraling ascent from the ground to gain an elevated perspective. In contrast, "horizontality" unfolds like a horizon—emphasizing lateral connection and non-hierarchical interaction between people and their environment.
「垂直亭」近入口處而設，以螺旋向上之姿，引導人們從不同高度觀察自然。鏡面立面隨光影與季節變幻，建築融入環境，同時引人駐足凝視。主體機能集中於核心，底層設有訪客入口、資訊站與儲物空間，二樓為衛浴，三樓是護林員的值班室，最上層露台則為賞鳥與休憩的觀景平台，營造靜謐沉浸的體驗。
The Folie Vertical, located near the reserve's entrance, features a spiraling ascent that guides visitors to observe nature from varying heights. Its mirrored facade shifts with light and seasonal changes, allowing the building to blend seamlessly into the environment while inviting quiet contemplation. The main functions are concentrated at the core: the ground floor houses the visitor entrance, information center, and storage; the second floor contains restrooms; the third floor serves as a ranger's station; and the top-level terrace offers a peaceful viewing platform for birdwatching and relaxation, creating an immersive and tranquil experience.
「水平亭」坐落於保留地中央濕地上方，建築懸浮於纖細柱體之上，刻意以中性語彙低調融入林木之間。其為多功能生態解說中心，設有開放式空間與圍合的玻璃金屬介面，營造與環境互動的空間緩衝帶。場域前端為接待與工作區，並透過一條蜿蜒棧道串接主道。
The Folie Horizontal is perched above the central wetland area, elevated on slender columns, designed with a neutral vocabulary to subtly integrate among the surrounding trees. Serving as a multifunctional ecological interpretation center, it features an open interior space enclosed by glass and metal mesh, creating a buffer zone that interacts with the environment. The front area includes reception and workspaces, connected to the main path by a winding boardwalk.
此亭融合教育、文化與自然，配合水文與月相變化，鼓勵人們以流動彈性的方式感知環境、參與生態。
This pavilion blends education, culture, and nature, responding to hydrological and lunar cycles, encouraging visitors to engage with the ecosystem through a fluid and dynamic experience.
