瑞士穆萊尼斯 3D列印白色塔樓

本案名為 Tor Alva,有白色高塔之意,是目前全球最高的 3D 列印建築。塔頂設有一座穹頂劇場,環繞四周的是由精緻柱網構成的建築森林,將觀眾帶入如夢似幻的空間體驗。白塔結合計算設計與數位製造技術,展現非標準建築的潛力,不僅具備經濟與環保效益,也造就豐富多變的建築語彙。
Tor Alva is currently the tallest 3D-printed building in the world. At its summit sits a domed theater, encircled by a forest of intricately printed columns that immerse visitors in a dreamlike architectural experience.

整體結構由 32 根獨特列印柱組成,柱身細節繁複、尺度交織,呼應格勞賓登州巴洛克建築的雕琢工藝。隨著遊客沿著螺旋階梯向上,從幽暗厚實的空間逐步過渡至明亮開闊的穹頂劇場,俯瞰瓦爾蘇爾薩谷的壯麗山景的觀景平台。夜幕低垂時,白塔化身一座燈塔,照亮古老的尤利耶山道。

Its structure comprises 32 uniquely printed columns, each featuring complex details and interwoven scales that echo the ornamental craftsmanship of Baroque architecture in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. As visitors ascend the spiral staircase, the journey transitions from dark, heavy spaces to the bright openness of the dome theater, culminating in a viewing platform with sweeping vistas of the Val Surses valley. By nightfall, the white tower transforms into a glowing beacon, illuminating the ancient Julier Pass.

塔身運用全新 3D 列印混凝土技術,並整合鋼筋的承重列印柱,首次實現於多層樓建築中。機器人協同作業,列印混凝土層並同步插入鋼筋,使量體既輕量又具結構強度;且因僅在必要處使用混凝土,此無模板工法大幅減少材料用量。
ETH Zurich. It not only addresses spatial challenges in the remote village of Mulegns, but also explores new sustainable possibilities for future architecture. The tower utilizes a novel 3D-printed concrete technique, marking the first time that reinforced, load-bearing printed columns have been realized in a multi-story building. Working in tandem, robotic arms print each concrete layer while inserting steel reinforcements, resulting in a lightweight yet structurally sound form. By applying concrete only where necessary and eliminating the need for traditional molds, the process dramatically reduces material use.

此外,白塔亦具備可拆卸與重組的模組設計,預計五年後自穆萊因遷移至新址再利用,成為可循環、可移動的未來建築典範。
Designed as a modular system, Tor Alva can also be dismantled and reassembled—scheduled to be relocated in five years—setting a new precedent for circular and mobile architecture.
