毛森江建築工作室｜Mao Shen-Chiang Architecture Studio

在喧囂的城市肌理中，京澄建築以一種沈靜的姿態現身。由毛森江建築工作室操刀設計，這座地上七層、地下三層的企業營運總部，既是結構的實踐，也是精神的載體。以結構、光影與比例說話，承載企業核心運作，同時成為一種對城市節奏回應之「沈默的力量」。

Amid the restless rhythm of the city, Jing Cheng Architecture rises with composed understatement. Designed by Shen-Chiang Mao Architecture Studio, this seven-story-above and three-story-below corporate headquarters manifests both structural precision and spatial spirit. Speaking through proportion, structure, and light, the building reflects the enterprise's philosophy while quietly resonating with its urban surroundings — a true expression of the power of silence.

建築思考自空氣與光的流動展開。地下層以弧形結構與植栽系統組構，使空氣在地底循環，形塑城市罕見的呼吸場域。樹木與混凝土共生，陰影與弧線交錯，將地底轉化為充滿生命氣息的靜謐之所。這樣的設計不僅承載功能、回應永續命題，更成為城市的能量節點。

The narrative begins with air and light. Beneath ground level, an arched framework integrates with a green planting system, allowing natural airflow and creating a rare "breathing zone" within the dense city. Here, trees coexist with concrete, and shadows intertwine with curves, transforming the subterranean realm into a serene, life-filled environment. The design embodies a forward-looking commitment to sustainability and human well-being, positioning the building as a living energy node within the urban ecosystem — one that breathes, shelters, and grows with time.

在量體形式設計上，平面劃分「動」與「不動」兩部分，象徵秩序與變化的共生與平衡。形體由不等邊三角形與正方形結合，取1/24圓周的十五度斜切線為主軸，創造細膩張力與節奏。這條斜線輕觸垂直與水平的秩序，使建築在靜止中蘊含流動，於理性中見詩意。立面語彙延續幾何邏輯，以清水混凝土為主要結構，搭配玻璃帷幕與金屬隔柵，展現現代感與精緻工藝。主立面俐落的三角形開口內縮，形塑進出過渡空間，讓建築表情於光影間轉換。材質上，清水模質地被純化，與金屬、玻璃形成冷暖對比；橡木細節釋放溫潤氣息，平衡整體氛圍。

Spatially, the layout balances "movement" and "stillness." The massing plays with asymmetric triangles and squares, anchored by a 15-degree tangential line that introduces subtle tension and rhythm. Exposed concrete defines the facade, complemented by glass curtain walls and metal louvers that convey precision and craftsmanship.

京澄建築的沉著與克制，呼應對「永久性」的信念。它不喧嘩、不炫目，而以理性結構與光影詩意，構築出屬於都市的靜之建築。在這裡，建築不僅是一種形式，更是一種思考；於秩序與自由之間，在沈默中，看見建築的靈魂。

Measured and restrained, Jing Cheng Architecture balances rational logic with poetic illumination — an architecture of quiet strength, where silence itself becomes form and the essence of space unfolds gently within.
