伊朗德黑蘭 RAHYAFT辦公空間
本案試圖挑戰傳統的建築手法，重新定義辦公空間的樣貌。設計師打破辦公區域的封閉性，將工作場域與共享空間、緩衝區與動線整合，打造出充滿活力與互動性的動態辦公環境，跳脫制式格局。
Approach is a knowledge-based architectural concept that aims to challenge conventional notions of office space. It envisions a dynamic environment where workspaces are integrated with collective areas, pause zones, and circulation paths creating a vibrant and interactive building in which daily activities are not dictated solely by the traditional office program.
量體共三層，由三個堆疊的長方體構成，透過沿南北軸線的策略性滑動與錯位，形成多個露台與半開放空間，不僅作為視覺節奏的轉換，也分布為各樓層獨立的共享節點。同時，中央垂直貫穿的中庭引入視覺穿透與空間連續性，並將量體劃分為行政區與公共區。
The design process begins with a mass occupying 50% of the site area, rising to a height of three floors. This initial volume is conceived as three stacked rectangular blocks. Through strategic sliding and shifting of these volumes along the north-south axis, a series of terraces and semi-open spaces are generated. These spaces serve both as visual breaks and as independent collective zones across different levels of the building.
A vertical void carved through the center of the stacked volumes introduces spatial permeability and visual continuity. This central atrium not only subdivides the mass into more distinct administrative and communal zones but also incorporates staircases and connecting bridges that foster spatial fluidity, interaction, and visual engagement among users.
向下俯瞰，可清晰望見位於一樓的覆蓋式的平台，平台四周配置多元機能空間，包括咖啡廳、遊戲區與運動設施，並與地下階梯式劇場相連，無論使用者身處何處，都能隨時觀察並參與一樓的活動動態，增添參與感與趣味性。
On the ground floor, a covered platform functions as an active stage, visually accessible from the upper levels. Adjacent to it are service and recreational functions such as a cafeteria, a gaming zone, and sports areas. These are connected to an underground amphitheater, forming an experiential loop where users in circulation or pause zones can constantly observe and engage with ongoing activities.
本案藉由量體的滑動、露台錯落、透明連橋與開放動線的交錯運用，大幅提升視覺連結與空間互動性，促進使用者之間的各式交流，創造一座充滿生機的辦公大樓。
The interplay of sliding volumes, stepped terraces, transparent bridges, and circulation paths enhances visual connectivity and promotes unplanned interactions between different users and programmatic elements transforming the building into a living, collaborative organism rather than a static office structure.
