伊朗馬贊達蘭 1028別墅
此別墅的設計靈感源自於周圍的自然環境。從通道的角度望去，建築顯得堅實穩定，而從清澈溪流的一端觀看，建築與水面之間的對比則形成了鮮明的視覺衝突。設計團隊在此案中深入探討了「被看見與不被看見」的對立概念，並將自然元素——雨水與微風，融入建築的主體結構中，營造出與環境和諧共生的氛圍。
The design of this villa is inspired by the surrounding natural environment. From the perspective of the passage, the building appears solid and stable, while from the clear stream, the contrast between the building and the water surface creates a striking visual contrast. The design team delved into the opposition of "being seen and not being seen," incorporating natural elements—rain and breeze—into the building's core structure, creating an atmosphere of harmonious coexistence with the environment.
新建築的核心理念是促進人、建築與自然之間的共生關係。因此，設計上極力避免在自然與建築之間設立明顯的界限。僅在考量當地氣候條件後，在東西兩側設置了邊界，並不是為了將建築與自然隔絕，而是希望讓建築在自然的脈絡中延續，並與之融合。
The central concept of the new building is to promote symbiosis between people, architecture, and nature. Therefore, the design avoids establishing clear boundaries between nature and the building. Only after considering the local climate conditions were boundaries created on the east and west sides, but these were not intended to separate the building from nature, but rather to allow the building to extend within the natural context and blend with it.
量體從內部逐漸向外延展，除了回應當下的需求，亦創造出在視覺與功能上都富有表現力的空間，同時促進設計師與居住者之間的互動與共鳴。依循此設計邏輯，建築的最終形態不僅符合居住需求，更為周邊社區帶來了有序且富有藝術感的空間規劃。
本項目如同一場現代建築的探索，對土地致上深深敬意的同時，致力將傳統與現代設計理念融合，且在規劃與形式上追求平衡，並以最簡練的語言表達出最深層的美學價值。
This project is both an exploration of modern architecture and a deep respect for the foundational land. The team is committed to blending traditional and modern design principles, pursuing balance in both planning and form, and expressing the greatest aesthetic value with the fewest words.
