The project is developed on a 600 m² plot in an expanding residential area, defined by surrounding streets and framed by single-family houses of diverse architectural styles. This heterogeneity became the starting point for a proposal that distinguishes itself through a contemporary language of simple, sober volumes with clear geometric definition. The house emerges from a primary form, strategically carved according to sunlight, prevailing winds, and functional needs. These subtractions create entrances, terraces, and openings, ensuring abundant natural light and efficient ventilation — a balanced composition combining practicality and environmental responsiveness.

The dwelling is organized across two levels, clearly separating social and private areas. The ground floor is dedicated to everyday life. The hall is emphasized by a suspended white steel staircase set against a black background, creating a sculptural focal point. A secondary access through the covered porch leads to the kitchen. Large glazed openings connect the living and dining areas to the exterior, ensuring seamless access to the pool and garden while maximizing daylight. The upper floor is reserved for the private area, including two bedrooms and a master suite with its own bath and open-air patio. Circulation is naturally lit by a skylight above the staircase, reinforcing brightness throughout. All bedrooms feature private balconies, with two larger ones incorporating floor skylights to illuminate spaces below.

The exterior combines white render with black anodized aluminum frames and enamelled iron details. Inside, a coherent palette of plaster, white marble, black panels, and grey microcement defines a calm, contemporary character. Outdoor spaces merge lawn and honed concrete paving, structuring access and leisure zones. The pool anchors the southwest garden, while preserved pine trees to the north provide a natural windbreak. A line of shrubs and a slender metal fence maintain visual openness, promoting harmony with the surroundings. Thus, the project achieves a balance between functionality, comfort, and landscape integration, asserting itself as a contemporary and elegant architectural response to its urban context.
