為傳遞企業重視人文傳承與歷久彌新的形象，並發揮基地在都市中獨特的環境優勢，本案設計概念自藝術、建築、自然、文化等元素汲取靈感，漸次發展出鑽石造型外觀，經由斜交幾何搭配淺色節能網膜玻璃，創造現代、科技、數位的前瞻意象。既有人行道穿插種植楓香與茄苳，無縫融入都市景觀紋理。日落時分，內部照明光線簡約低調，鑚石般璀璨光芒，呼應堅固永恆的企業精神。
The new headquarters reflects the company's dedication to preserving cultural heritage and projecting a timeless image, while making the most of this unique location. Inspired by art, architecture, nature, and culture, the design takes the form of a diamond, representing strength and longevity. The use of geometric patterns and light-colored fabric laminated glass creates a futuristic image that embodies modernity, technology and digital innovation. The building enhances the urban landscape, supports diverse street development, and influences future architectural designs. At night, its subtle lighting shines like a diamond, symbolizing the company’s enduring spirit and commitment to sustainability and smart energy use.
外牆以開創性的鑽石型斜交鋼柱結構，打造超耐震規格，搭配各層配備的樓板調諧質量阻尼器（TMD）與結構健康監測系統（SHM），耐震係數高於法規之1.5倍；結構柱分散與幕牆框架整合，形成室內跨距近27米無柱之開放辦公空間，提升空間效率與使用彈性，亦將景觀視野最大化。網膜玻璃外牆系統延續鑽石的建築語彙，以其隱含金屬光澤的質地，在兼顧隔熱性能和室內採光品質的前提下，賦予建築晶瑩剔透的外觀。
The facade features a state-of-the-art diamond-shaped diagonal steel column structure that provides exceptional seismic resistance, with a seismic coefficient 1.5 times higher than required by regulations. Each floor is equipped with Tuned Mass Dampers (TMD) and a Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) system. The integration of structural columns with the curtain wall framework creates nearly 27 meters of column-free office space, enhancing both space efficiency and flexibility. This design is ideal for both traditional and flexible office setups, maximizing natural light and views. The metallic texture of laminated glass facade continues the diamond motif, providing a clear visual effect while ensuring effective insulation and indoor lighting.
因應基地風水，正對交叉口的銀行入口（開口角度4.9度）和挑高三層的營業大廳，採扇形空間平面設計搭配弧形窗，創造匯集人流與總部大廳氣勢；民權東路側大門，開口轉34度角，藉由明快的動線設計，引導貴賓進入辦公梯廳和南側花園。淺色調義大利洞石牆面與灰麻色天然崗石地坪，散發大器沉穩氣質，門廳天花延伸立面鑽石斜交圖騰語彙，嵌合LED線型燈為整體照明；接待處背牆以企業LOGO磐固而成，盡顯「磐固金融、永續璀璨」之激勵意象。
The design incorporates this principle by aligning the bank's entrance (with a 4.9-degree angle) and the three-story high main hall with the intersection. The fan-shaped floor plan and curved windows enhance the flow of visitors and create a prestigious lobby atmosphere. The entrance on Minquan East Road, angled at 34 degrees, features a straightforward path design that guides VIPs to the office lobby and the south garden. The light beige Italian travertine walls and gray granite flooring enhance a sophisticated ambiance. The lobby ceiling reflects the diamond-patterned facade of the building and is illuminated by linear LED lights. The high wall behind the reception, featuring the corporate logo, underscores the theme of "solid finance and enduring brilliance".
