從未見過工匠精神與住家空間能夠結合得如此淋漓盡致，但這一間坐落於新北山區自地自建的四層樓別墅辦到了，透過傳統工藝與現代美學的串聯，打造出一間深具人文底蘊的理想居所，不僅代表設計師對空間的精闢見解，更展現屋主對生活品質的極致講究。
The seamless integration of craftsmanship and residential space is rarely seen, yet this four-story villa in the mountains of New Taipei City exemplifies it. Through the harmonious fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics, the villa becomes an ideal home rich in cultural depth. It represents not only the designer’s profound insight into space but also the homeowner's meticulous pursuit of quality living.
建築的每一處細節都蘊含精湛工藝之美，尤其是貫穿全屋的檜木展示框架，皆取材自屋主珍藏的檜木，經設計師巧手重塑後，整體環境散發出藝廊般的高雅氣質。在燈光映射下，諸多展架得以完美呈現屋主的珍貴收藏，讓藝術自然而然融入生活日常。
Every detail of the architecture reflects superb craftsmanship, especially the cypress wood display frames that run throughout the home. These frames, crafted from the homeowner's cherished cypress wood, have been thoughtfully reimagined by the designer, infusing the space with the refined ambiance of an art gallery. Under the lighting, these displays perfectly showcase the homeowner's prized collection, effortlessly blending art into daily life.
動線安排上，設計師以前瞻性思維重新梳理建築結構與室內配置的關係。地下一樓規劃為家庭社交場域，中西式廚房與餐廳的組合展現主人好客本色，搭配地暖專用木地板，為山間生活注入暖意；一樓的寬敞玄關裝設大面明鏡令視線無限延伸，進一步拓展空間感，客廳則以未經打磨的黑色原石做為電視牆平台，率性展現大氣風範。
In terms of layout, the designer applied forward-thinking ideas to rethink the relationship between the building's structure and interior arrangement. The basement is dedicated to family social spaces, featuring a combination of Chinese and Western kitchens and dining areas, embodying the homeowner's warm hospitality. The floor, equipped with underfloor heating, brings warmth to the mountain living environment. The first floor boasts a spacious entrance with a large mirror, extending the visual space and enhancing the overall sense of openness. The living room highlights a raw black stone platform for the TV wall, exuding an air of effortless grandeur.
二樓主臥室運用傳統二進院落概念，由臥室、浴室到更衣室層層遞進，乾濕分區的設計讓生活節奏加倍從容。特別是更衣室的內裝，開闊格局配上拱形照明與人字拼木地板，儼如精品店般典雅，這得益於設計師將一樓大天井局部封閉後，巧妙地將多出來的面積併入主臥更衣室，大幅提升實用性。同樓層的讀書室坐攬山景，實木書桌與隱藏式電視的結合，讓空間機能尤具彈性。三樓則為長輩房與佛堂，延續主臥設計概念但更顯溫馨舒適。
On the second floor, the master bedroom incorporates the traditional two-courtyard concept, with the bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet layered to create a smooth flow. The design of the dry and wet zones enhances a sense of tranquility. The walk-in closet, with its open layout, arched lighting, and herringbone wood floors, exudes the elegance of a boutique. This is made possible by the designer's clever transformation of a portion of the first-floor atrium, seamlessly integrating the additional space into the master bedroom's closet, greatly improving its functionality. The study on the same floor offers expansive mountain views, and the combination of a solid wood desk and hidden TV adds flexibility to the space. The third floor houses the elder's room and Buddhist shrine, continuing the design concept of the master bedroom with added warmth and comfort.
設計風格方面，全案以圓弧線條巧默默化解梁柱壓迫感，順勢創造層次豐富的視覺效果；樓梯採用黑色花崗石扶手輔以石材階梯，襯托雍容格調；玄關智慧換氣鞋櫃與靈活可調的屏風，都是設計師強調細節的充分證明。整體而言，這座三代同堂的別墅，精準平衡使用便利度與美感意境。在精湛創意與技術的加持下，除了滿足全家人的實際需求，更成就一個充滿藝術氣息的優雅場域，隱然落實當代居住空間的非凡典範，將居家美學從此推向嶄新的高度。
The design style of the villa uses curved lines to subtly soften the oppressive effect of beams and columns, creating a rich visual dynamic through varying layers. The staircase, with black granite handrails and stone steps, complements the elegant ambiance. The entrance features a smart ventilation shoe cabinet and adjustable screen, both serving as examples of the designer's meticulous attention to detail. Overall, this three-generation villa strikes a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic beauty. Through exceptional creativity and technical expertise, it not only fulfills the practical needs of the entire family but also creates an elegant, art-filled environment. It sets a new standard for contemporary living, elevating home aesthetics to unprecedented heights.
