新北 周宅
光線輕柔潤染空間，如家的溫度悄然蔓延。既有公領域格局狹長，設計師巧妙退讓一壁隔牆釋放空間，並設計上方鏤空，使陽光自臥室漫入至餐廳。為因應場域劃分與採光調整，全室在視覺上存在不少錯落高低，彷彿無序，卻在細膩推敲之下形成內在的韻律。團隊善加運用這種視覺張力，形塑對比與呼應，利用材質交錯相融，動線開闊舒展，在日常的步履間，奏出平衡且和諧的旋律。
To counterbalance the elongated layout of the public areas, the designer subtly recessed a partition wall, allowing sunlight from the bedroom to stream through an overhead opening, spilling into the dining area. Throughout the interior, the interplay of varying heights and levels creates an organic rhythm—appearing unstructured at first glance, yet upon closer examination, revealing a carefully orchestrated balance. The team harnesses this visual tension, layering materials and transitions to shape a fluid, open circulation.
玄關作為入室序章，以異材質交接鋪展層次。落塵區銜接室內地坪，半拋光烤漆天花與之呼應，光線折映而閃爍微妙光澤。
The entrance serves as the prologue to the home, where contrasting materials converge in a delicate interplay. The dust area transitions seamlessly into the interior flooring, mirrored above by a semi-gloss lacquered ceiling that catches and reflects light with a subtle sheen.
視線轉換，玄關磁磚牆面一路延伸至客廳，高低錯落的磚牆造型既界定場域，又與客餐廳交錯相融，電視牆亦呼應此層次變化，使視覺層面更為豐富立體。
A tiled feature wall extends from the entryway into the living room. This continuity anchors the space, defining boundaries while fostering fluid connections between the living and dining areas. The TV wall echoes this layered arrangement, further enriching the spatial experience.
動線規劃上，公領域水平展開，營造開闊舒展的感受，團隊刻意在縱向維度做出平衡——長形餐桌垂直擺放，重新定義空間的流向。當橫向展開的客廳引導視線至大片落地窗，縱向餐桌則成為另一道視線軸，在空間的延展中建立平衡。細究細節，餐桌上方的吊燈並未置中，而是巧妙左移，藉此為長桌劃分區域感，讓一側專注於用餐時，另一側依然保有適宜的辦公氛圍。
The public areas unfold horizontally, creating an open and expansive atmosphere. To counterbalance this width, a long dining table positioned perpendicularly, subtly redefining spatial flow. Upon entry, the horizontal expanse of the living room naturally guides the eye toward the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the vertical orientation of the dining table allows it to serve multiple fuctions.The light above the table is deliberately off-center, subtly delineating functional zones—one side dedicated to dining, the other maintaining a conducive workspace.
細究細節，餐桌上方的吊燈並未置中，而是巧妙左移，藉此為長桌劃分區域感，讓一側專注於用餐時，另一側依然保有適宜的辦公氛圍。
男主人期待在落地窗前擁有一處專屬的休憩與閱讀角落，精選的主人椅充分回應此需求。360度旋轉設計可隨心轉向窗景或電視，側邊雙層加厚的木質層架增強穩固，黑色幾何線條更添層次變化。沉穩灰調的主人椅與歲月浸染的老件沙發並列，襯以細緻鋪陳的磁磚立面，共同勾勒出內斂而富有質感的生活場景。
By the windows, there is a dedicated corner for quiet rest and reading. A lounge chair with 360-degree swivel function allowing effortless shifts between gazing at the view and watching television. Beside it, a double-layered wooden shelving unit enhances both storage and visual interest, with bold black geometric lines adding depth to the composition. The muted gray lounge chair sits in quiet dialogue with a timeworn vintage sofa, set against a backdrop of meticulously arranged tiled walls.
屋主對木質的偏愛更貫穿整體設計，從地坪、電視牆的大面鋪陳，到餐桌與層架的局部點綴，交織溫潤自然的語彙。此外，設計師順應屋主預設的丹麥選品，選擇淺色作為高包容性的基底，使軟裝搭配更具彈性，無論風格如何更迭，皆能與空間和諧共鳴。
The affinity for wood elements permeates the entire design, from wooden flooring and TV wall panels to the dining table and shelving accents. A deep appreciation for Danish design further guided the finer details, with a light-toned base palette chosen for its versatility.
