本案由多個量體構成一座特色鮮明的建築群，屋頂設計為網球場，南側以無框玻璃護欄環繞，城市與大海的壯麗景緻盡收眼底。球場下方隱藏著私人夜總會「Club James」，吧檯由混凝土與不銹鋼製成，搭配懸臂式不銹鋼DJ台控制的音響與燈光系統，營造沉浸式娛樂氛圍；舞池亦採不銹鋼，26英尺長的LED顯示牆與可開啟的玻璃立面，創造迷人的派對場景。後方VIP室收藏設計與時尚書籍，陳列多本以此寓所為主題的出版物，展現業主的品味與風格。
The complex features a rooftop tennis court bordered by a frameless glass guardrail on the south, offering sweeping views of the city and ocean. Beneath the court lies "Club James," a private nightclub with a concrete and stainless-steel bar, advanced sound and lighting systems controlled from a cantilevered stainless-steel DJ booth, a stainless-steel dance floor, a 26-foot LED wall, and operable glass façades framing the cityscape. A VIP room houses the owner's extensive collection of design and fashion books, along with publications featuring him and his residence.
辦公室位於建築群西南角，以懸臂式無框玻璃外牆設計，打造震撼的視覺延伸效果。定製的混凝土辦公桌將視線引向窗外，俯瞰城市全景，不銹鋼架與內嵌式混凝土皮革櫥櫃亦融入其中。後方助理辦公區透過玻璃窗台引入自然光，搭配嵌入式混凝土與皮革家具，兼具功能性與優雅質感。
The office, located at the southwest corner, features a cantilevered frameless glass façade that extends the space outward dramatically. A custom concrete desk anchors the room, offering panoramic city views. Stainless-steel shelves and built-in concrete and leather cabinetry display basketball memorabilia and personal photographs. Adjacent is the assistants' office, with glass clerestories and custom concrete and leather furniture.
戶外娛樂露台位於辦公室下方，具有多個用餐區和懸臂式混凝土餐桌，以及酒吧和廚房。露台南側是一座 100英尺長的無邊泳池，西端的三角形水療池以透明壓克力牆分隔，視覺連續且功能獨立。周邊設有火坑與混凝土長椅，營造溫暖的社交氛圍。洗手間備有戶外玻璃水槽、淋浴與更衣間，提升便利性。
Below the club and office, the outdoor terrace includes dining areas with cantilevered concrete tables, a full bar, and a catering kitchen featuring custom concrete and stainless-steel fixtures. A 100-foot infinity pool runs along the terrace's south edge, with a triangular spa at the western end, separated by an acrylic wall. Nearby are a fire pit, cantilevered bench, and a restroom with an outdoor glass sink and shower/changing room.
劇院大樓毗鄰網球場與露台東側，內含20人座電影放映室與無框玻璃天蓬設計的入口及接待區。屋頂設有觀賽座位，並配置電梯連接大樓四層。新建築位於山腳下，呈V型設計，玻璃天篷屋頂由鋼格結構支撐，內含單人套房與主要起居空間，結合嵌入式混凝土家具與壯麗景觀，完美融合實用性與美學魅力。
East of the tennis court and terrace, the theater building will include a 20-seat screening room with VIP seating, a reception area with a frameless glass canopy, rooftop seating overlooking the tennis court, and an elevator accessing all four levels. The new guest house, located downhill from the main residence, features a bold V-shaped design with a glass canopy roof supported by a triangular steel structure, combining modern aesthetics with functionality.
