智利比奧比奧　農古恩之家

此項目坐落於半山腰一塊林木茂盛的平地上，俯瞰著比奧比奧河的美景，其以五個相同質量塊體圍繞中央廚房展開，正面通往私人庭院，彷彿森林中的無人之境，消弭人造建築與自然環境的邊緣界線。

 

This house, for an old couple who sporadically receives their family and guests, is located on a wooded flat land in the middle of a hill, on the edge of a ravine that overlooks the Bío-Bío river almost flowing into the sea. The project is conceived as a series of 5 equivalent structures that open to the outside around a central kitchen. Each structure has three faces in contact with the outside, and one with the center. Its long fronts open onto a private patio, like clearings in the forest mediating between the built center and the untamed edge.

建築外牆由一系列67公分長的螺柱所組成，使立面擁有壁柱的韻律；頂部以一扇水平窗戶實現雙重採光，同時每個量體空間向外可看見前景森林，向內則與房屋的其他部分緊密相連，並匯聚於中央，形成了與內外部的平等與多重關係。業主為一對老夫婦，偶爾需接待家人與客人，因此團隊於核心圓頂下方建造一座兼具大型櫥櫃、廚房及用餐空間的同心圓架構，可根據使用者的各項需求打造供應與分享食物的場域，其以多扇木窗組成，或關之，成為自在的烹飪場所；或開之，與周圍一同享受相聚時光。在每種不同的使用情況下，對於空間的理解取決於它在不同時間的用途，其不僅打開空間靈活度，亦讓機能更加流通，增加居者間的互動。

 

Their backs are wooden walls composed of a series of studs each 67 cm. that give the facade the rhythm of pilasters with a horizontal window on top, allowing double lighting without compromising the privacy of each patio. Its short fronts face the forest in the foreground, while towards the interior they connect with the rest of the house.The five structures converge in the center, promoting short routes and multiple relationships with the outside. Here, under a central dome, a large kitchen cabinet allows the household to supply and be supplied with food according to the wishes of its users. This is a house for cooking behind closed doors and washing behind open doors. Or vice versa. In both cases the understanding of its space depends on its use in time. Use is not only a matter of circulation, but also a meaningful interaction.
