Phase 2 is a continuation of a series of architectural interventions where the urban dimension plays a pivotal role, surpassing the significance of the individual architectural elements. The project is strategically positioned on a plot divided by a central wall, with front and back openings that redefine the typical building layout. Rather than following the conventional approach of a single building with front and back facades, Phase 2 introduces a passage that connects the new structure with an adjoining building completed by the same office two years prior. This passageway transforms the site into a dual-building composition, with both structures oriented toward the newly created passage.

The design takes inspiration from two sculptures by Gonzalo Fonseca, using their forms as a conceptual foundation for the buildings. This influence is evident in the contrasting yet complementary nature of the two structures. The southern facade of the dividing wall features a solid, monolithic structure with minimal attributes. This building is characterized by its solidity and opacity, with a pierced facade where rectangular windows are strategically placed to respond to the interior layout. This facade is constructed of concrete, emphasizing the building's hermetic and robust nature. In contrast, the second building, located across the passage, is designed as a transparent, staggered structure. Its form is defined primarily by the exposed structural elements —slabs, columns, and rigid cores that house services and vertical circulation. The transparency of the glass facade reveals the interior spaces, creating a dialogue between the two buildings. While the first building is introverted, focusing inward, the second building is extroverted, with its open and transparent design.

Phase 2 exemplifies an approach where architectural design is deeply intertwined with urban considerations, creating spaces that are both functionally efficient and conceptually rich. The project's success lies in its ability to create a cohesive urban intervention while maintaining a clear and deliberate architectural expression.
