以「自然」氛圍與「流動性」作為核心設計語彙，團隊將屋主對住宅的想像作為設計理念，將空間流動性最大化，並充分運用基地優越的天然採光條件，將全開式大面積落地窗確立為空間主軸，使光線軌跡串聯著各場域的生活體驗。

The design of this residence centers on two key ideas — nature and flow. Inspired by the homeowner's vision of an open, connected home, the layout maximizes fluid circulation and embraces abundant natural light. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows form the architectural axis, letting sunlight move freely through the interior and linking light, landscape, and daily life.

原始格局中，客廳、餐廳與廚房存在著明顯功能分隔。設計師果斷採取開放式規劃，減去多餘隔牆，令三個核心功能區在視覺與動線上達成流暢連接。廚房巧妙地延伸至餐廳區域，並以餐桌作為過渡介面，不僅劃分各區域界線，更加強互動性與生活節奏。整體動線被設計為一體化的寬闊公共區域，是為了滿足屋主社交生活需求，亦為孩子提供自由玩樂的空間。為維持開放空間的美學氛圍感，設計師在玄關結合隔屏與隱藏式收納系統，使實用性與美觀舒適需求完美共存。

Originally, the living, dining, and kitchen areas were divided by walls. The new open-plan layout removes barriers, creating seamless visual and spatial continuity. The kitchen extends toward the dining area, with a dining table serving as a functional and social bridge. The result is a generous, integrated communal space that encourages family interaction and gives children room to move freely. A screened entryway with concealed storage maintains visual purity and order.

材質選用上，整體以溫潤木質為基調，並特別採用水磨石襯托整體空間。水磨石以自然低調方式融入各區域中，如化作為餐桌檯面，於自然肌理中反射細微光澤；電視主牆區以木質櫃體包覆水磨石基座，讓電視立於其上，構築沉穩而具層次的視覺焦點。深黑色元素則以線條與五金細節形式點綴其間，有如一抹輕描筆觸，精確收斂整體調性，平衡木質的溫潤與水磨石的理性。

In terms of material selection, the designer adopted a warm wooden palette as the foundation, complemented by terrazzo as a unifying accent throughout the space. The terrazzo is subtly integrated into different areas in a natural and understated manner — for instance, the dining table features a terrazzo tabletop that gently reflects light through its organic texture, while the TV wall combines wooden cabinetry with a terrazzo base, creating a calm yet layered visual focal point. Deep black elements appear as fine lines and hardware details, like delicate brushstrokes that precisely refine the overall tone, balancing the warmth of wood with the rational character of terrazzo.

地坪設計亦充滿巧思，玄關與餐廳區域鋪設耐用且易潔磁磚，而步入客廳區域則轉換為木地板，形成材質與功能區的自然轉折。極簡形式延續至私密領域。三間臥室維持一致風格，透過透光滑動門巧妙分隔臥室、更衣室與化妝桌區域。臥室著重減少多餘收納櫃體，則於更衣室內設置充裕收納系統，以滿足家庭多樣化生活需求，同時保留臥室的寧靜氛圍，讓休憩回歸最純粹。

The flooring design also demonstrates thoughtful detail — durable, easy-to-clean tiles are used in the entryway and dining areas, while the living room transitions seamlessly into warm wooden flooring, creating a natural shift in both material and function. The minimalist aesthetic continues into the private zones, where the three bedrooms maintain a consistent style. Sliding doors subtly divide the sleeping, dressing, and vanity areas, ensuring both openness and privacy. To preserve a calm and uncluttered atmosphere, excessive storage units are minimized in the bedrooms, while ample storage systems are integrated within the walk-in closets to meet the family's diverse lifestyle needs, allowing rest to return to its purest form.

全案以自然、光線與材質為核心語言，透過開放動線、彈性分區與細膩材質對比，建構出兼具美學、功能與生活體驗的住宅空間，完整呼應屋主對於自然、舒適與家庭互動的生活想像。

Guided by nature, light, and material, the home achieves harmony between beauty, function, and comfort — a serene retreat that reflects the homeowner's ideal of living close to nature and family.
