The first completed project is a flat designed as a sanctuary of calm and relaxation. Central to the renovation was a complete reimagining of the floor plan. The original first-floor level was filled in, and the bedrooms—historically situated on this floor—were relocated to the lower level. Here, they were transformed into a series of cozy, tranquil cabins that overlook a lush courtyard, framed by the remnants of former artists’ studios. This intimate setting offers a serene retreat, reminiscent of a hidden garden tucked away within the urban fabric.

Above, the first floor features a striking glass roof that spans nearly the entire living area. Much like the deck of a ship, this space invites residents to live in harmony with the shifting natural light throughout the day. Sunlight becomes the protagonist, casting an ever-changing palette across the interiors and infusing the flat with a dynamic, living quality.
