本晴設計｜MINA

對於長年旅居各地的屋主，此屋為其在台北的簡約居所，是一處利於交通與短暫停留的落腳空間。這樣的起點，讓設計不再以長居需求為前提塑形空間，而是以貼近屋主生活節奏與喜好作為基礎。

The homeowner often travels across the world, envisioned this apartment as a simple base in Taipei — a compact yet comfortable dwelling suited to mobility and brief stays. With this premise, the design moves away from the idea of long-term habitation, becoming instead a genuine reflection of the homeowner's rhythm and way of life.

核心擺放雙人床，背牆兩側的長窗引入充沛採光，僅輔以吊燈作為氛圍光源，營造柔和而安靜的居住情境。設計師在有限尺度中，以獨特調性勾勒設計語彙⸺毛絲不鏽鋼的霧面紋理貫穿整體，大片使用於牆面與天花。其柔和的反射光影映照環境卻不刺眼，於虛實之間營造模糊的光暈與深度，為小空間注入延展感，同時讓若隱若現的質地減去壓迫，轉而層疊出內斂而溫柔的質感。入口處不鏽鋼天花以弧形輪廓示人，帶來亮眼特色之外，拱形也柔化了小坪格局的聲響，使整體空間更為寧靜。

At the heart of the space sits a double bed, framed by large windows on both sides that flood the room with natural light. A single pendant lamp provides a gentle ambient glow, setting a serene tone. Within a limited footprint, the designer established a distinctive visual language: brushed stainless steel finish runs throughout the space, extensively applied to walls and ceiling. Its soft reflections animate the surroundings without glare, creating a delicate play of light and shadow. The subtle sheen visually expands the compact interior while easing any sense of confinement, layering the space with a calm, understated texture. At the entrance, a curved stainless-steel ceiling becomes a striking focal point; also softens the acoustics of the compact layout, creating a calmer and more serene atmosphere.

衛浴部分不加繁飾與刻意造型，設計師拆除原本封閉的門扇，改以霧面玻璃隔間延伸整體語彙，使光線能自然流入，讓空間更顯通透與輕盈。廚房選擇保留建商原先的櫃體，只局部更換了顏色對比相較突兀的檯面、五金與背牆，透過化繁為簡的留白，更凸顯細部在小空間裡的俐落與精準。

The bathroom is intentionally kept pure and understated. By replacing the original solid door with a frosted-glass partition, the designer allows light to drift gently inward, extending the project's visual rhythm and imbuing the small space with openness and ease. In the kitchen, the original cabinetry remains, while the countertop, hardware, and backsplash were refined to achieve subtle balance. Through thoughtful simplicity and quiet restraint, every detail finds its place — precise, light, and effortless.

這樣的理念同樣反映於櫃體與收納編排的決策中，透過比例與尺寸的控制，選擇可拆卸、可拼接的櫃體，增加使用彈性，亦方便於未來轉手、延續使用，是對生活習慣的周到考量，也是永續循環的具體實踐。為維持語彙的一致，平時以油畫覆蓋電視，亦使視覺保持最全然的純淨。

This same sensibility shapes the storage system: modular and detachable units offer flexibility for future use, reflecting a considerate way of living and a vision of sustainable continuity. Even the television is hidden behind an oil painting, keeping the visual field pure and serene.

對本晴設計而言，每次設計都是替屋主具象化生活態度的過程。面對小宅，任何設計決策都需精準無誤。不論是吊燈光線如何映照於不鏽鋼的紋理，抑或是植栽的細緻擺放，當各種材質彼此呼應、交融時，那合而為一的神韻，正是空間的動人之處。不僅是為居住而生的作品，而是將日常痕跡、居者風格、設計匠心匯聚一齊的深度居所。

For MINA, each project is an act of translating lifestyle into space. In a compact home, every choice must be deliberate and exact. Whether in the soft reflection of light on stainless steel or the quiet rhythm of greenery placement, the interplay of materials creates a serene, resonant beauty. This is not merely a residence, but a portrait of life—refined, free, and deeply personal.
