台北 朱宅
此宅為一位品味獨到、富有文藝氣息的中年男士所擁有，家中收藏著大量書籍、畫作與音樂藏品，為簡約宅邸注入濃厚的藝術氛圍。建商原始規劃的家庭型格局，對於現階段獨居的業主而言，不論在坪效或動線上皆顯侷限。設計師因此重新思索整體布局，依照其當前生活型態與未來可能的彈性需求，重新調整配置。
A minimalist home designed for an art-loving gentleman whose thoughtful curation of books, art, and music gives the space its unique character. The original family-oriented layout, however, proved limiting for the homeowner's current solo lifestyle. In response, the designer reimagined the layout to align with the owner's present needs while allowing flexibility for the future.
設計初期，屋主即提出未來可能與伴侶同住的考量。設計團隊順應後疫情時代的生活型態，構思出「雙重生活圈」的概念——將臥室、衛浴、更衣室與書房串聯成一體，形塑具獨立運作機能的完整生活空間。動線安排上也細緻考量通行便利性，主臥可直接通往書房，無需穿越公共走廊；即使日後同住者因感冒或突發狀況需暫時隔離，亦能維持各自的生活節奏，互不干擾。
From the outset, the owner considered the possibility of sharing the home with a future partner. Adapting to post-pandemic living habits, the design team introduced a "dual living zone" concept—linking the bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, and study into one cohesive, independently functioning unit. The circulation was thoughtfully planned so the master bedroom connects directly to the study, bypassing shared corridors. This ensures privacy and continuity, even in the event of illness or the need for temporary isolation.
書房與公共區域則採活動式門片為隔間，不僅增添格局靈活性，也營造穿透感與互動關係，使場域在獨立與開放之間自由切換，提升使用彈性。
Movable partitions between the study and common areas enhance spatial flexibility, enabling transitions between openness and privacy while fostering interaction.
玄關區以實木平台與隔間牆交錯構成層次，裸露的金屬結構突顯立體感與原始質地之美。設計師特意保留基地既有的陶粒磚隔間，其水平與垂直交錯的紋理，恰巧呼應整體設計語彙，成為一種粗獷與細膩交織的視覺語言。局部搭配的不鏽鋼材質則帶來精緻工業感，為鋁合金質感的替代方案之餘，特製的 Ｈ 型結構也與陶粒磚互相呼應，構成趣味十足的視覺連結。
At the entrance, staggered wooden platforms and partition walls create depth, while exposed metal structures add sculptural dimension and highlight raw material beauty. The designer intentionally preserved the site's original partition, which interlaced horizontal and vertical lines echo the overall design language. The combination of these rugged surfaces with carefully chosen stainless steel elements introduces a refined industrial touch. The H-beam structure further reflects and reinforces the texture of the partition, forming an engaging visual dialogue.
廊道採用鋼琴烤漆並自書房延伸至主臥的主牆，材質的延續讓視線軸得以無形擴展，強化空間的連續性與流動感。
A high-gloss lacquered finish extends from the study along the corridor to the master bedroom's main wall, subtly guiding the eye and enhancing spatial flow.
精心規劃的畫廊則以大面積留白襯托擺飾與藝術品，藉此定調空間氛圍。整體設計自格局與氛圍雙軸出發，並注重光線與視線的流動，透過高度整合與彈性的策略，回應屋主自由且開放的生活節奏，讓居所成為日常美感的延伸。
The gallery-like hallway embraces generous white space, providing a serene canvas for curated décor and art. Guided by both spatial layout and atmospheric rhythm, the design emphasizes light, continuity, and flexibility—responding to the owner's lifestyle of openness and ease, and transforming the residence into a refined expression of everyday beauty.

每個設計案的配合，除了解決、滿足問題表面上的特定條件，如不同的基地環境、生活方式、機能組成，但我們更期望是透過使用者更多的參與和溝通，挖掘實際的生活態度與活動構成層層攤開後再予已重新組合，以更直觀的方式去審視、重建在日常生活中忽視的感動時刻，創造真正符合的使用空間及潛在有趣的單純形式。
Discarding meaningless decoration, we put more emphasis on the relationship between people, activities, and environment.
In each design case, in addition to solve and meet the specific conditions of the problem on the surface, such as the base environment,lifestyle, and living facilities, we expect through more participation and communication to uncover the actual attitude towards life , and then breakdown and reconstitute. With a more intuitive to inspect and recreate a touching moment which was overlooked in daily life and to build a space meeting the needs and create the interesting but simple lifestyle.
