宜蘭羅東，一座度假別墅優雅坐落於千坪土地上，除建築本體外皆為庭院，在寬廣綠意中自成一片靜謐天地。遠望宛如一件精心雕琢的藝術品，吸引往來行人目光；近看則能充分感受到設計師在每一個細節中傾注的用心。

In Luodong, Yilan, a vacation villa gracefully sits on a vast plot of land, surrounded by gardens that create a peaceful sanctuary amid expansive greenery. From a distance, it resembles a finely sculpted piece of art, capturing the attention of passersby, while up close, the designer’s meticulous attention to detail becomes evident.

從大門進入，車道與人行步道隨即分流，車輛可直接前往底端車庫停放，人行步道的蜿蜒大理石階梯採用不規則序列，為步行增添趣味。建築外觀方正中巧妙結合多元設計語彙，朝內庭院的大片開窗在確保隱私又引入充沛光線，加上外牆投射燈具與豐富結構層次，悄然展現低調奢華感。

Upon entering, the driveway and pedestrian path split. Vehicles can proceed directly to the garage, while a winding marble staircase adds intrigue to the walk. The building’s clean, rectangular form incorporates diverse design elements, with large windows facing the inner courtyard, ensuring privacy while inviting abundant natural light. The exterior lighting and structural layers subtly evoke a sense of understated luxury.

內玄關的大理石地坪強化尊榮氣息，左側為客廳與客房，右側為次客廳及餐廚區，以玻璃門相隔，既獨立又互通。整體以純白色調為主，揉入黑灰色點綴，演繹簡約俐落的明亮氛圍。餐廳長達五米的花崗石餐桌是視覺焦點，更可容納多人用餐；客房則透過木質元素鋪陳溫暖風格，輔以落地窗引入庭園景觀。通往二樓樓梯側面採用鍍鈦板包覆，搭配線燈與玻璃扶手，營造輕透視線之餘，也彰顯不落俗套的時尚美學。

Inside, the marble flooring in the entrance hall adds grandeur. On the left are the living room and guest room, while the right side features a secondary living room and dining area. A glass sliding door separates the spaces, creating an independent yet interconnected dynamic that fosters emotional closeness among the family. The overall ambiance is dominated by a pure white color scheme, with black and gray accents adding simplicity and brightness. The five-meter granite dining table is both a visual focal point and functional space for multiple diners. The guest room, with wood elements, exudes warmth and offers garden views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

二樓起居室以淺灰色礦物塗料妝點牆面，配合精選家具，勾勒溫暖舒適的生活質感。兩側分別是主臥室與兩間次臥，外圍景觀陽台全部打通，巧妙串連所有房間，更能優閒俯瞰庭園。主臥室運用淺色木皮與石材營造溫馨感，床前旋轉電視牆回應屋主的特別要求，提供360度靈活觀看視野，更衣室與主浴的一體式配置，精妙平衡實用與美感。兩間次臥室同樣擁有獨立更衣室與衛浴，方便兩個女兒回娘家時，都能享有完整起居空間。

On the second floor, the private areas unfold. The living room, with light gray mineral paint and carefully selected furniture, offers a warm, comfortable living atmosphere. On either side are the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The surrounding balconies seamlessly connect all rooms and offer a leisurely view of the garden. The master bedroom, featuring light wood veneer and stone, evokes a cozy feel. A rotating TV wall in front of the bed—requested by the owner—provides a flexible 360-degree viewing experience. The walk-in closet and master bath, integrated as one unit, strike a perfect balance between practicality and aesthetics. The two additional bedrooms each have their own walk-in closets and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and space for the owner’s daughters when they visit.

地下室規劃為娛樂室及視聽室，溫暖木質元素在牆面與天花延伸，藉由柔和燈光創造沉浸式的休閒場域。後院的烤肉區與廣大綠地，無疑是這座宅邸的畫龍點睛之作，當大人們在此暢談交心，孩童在草地上追逐嬉戲，構成一幅生動的家庭寫真，在蘭陽平原的天際線上，訴說著專屬於這個三代同堂的幸福故事。

The basement is designed as an entertainment and media room, with a heat exchange system installed to ensure fresh air. Warm wooden elements extend across the walls and ceiling, and soft lighting creates an immersive and relaxing environment. The backyard’s barbecue area and expansive green space are undoubtedly the highlight of this home. When adults engage in heartfelt conversations and children play on the lawn, it forms a vivid family portrait against the backdrop of the Lanyang Plain, telling the story of a three-generation household’s unique happiness.
