不同於傳統的住宅空間，此宅作為「第二生活場域」，是家居生活的自然延伸。位於既有住家附近，此 15 坪的空間為一家四口所添置，透過創新手法延展生活範疇，既可作為聚會場所，也能用於家教或舞蹈練習。原小三房格局經改造，轉變為兩間臥室與一間書房的配置，其中一道衛浴門口的轉向巧妙地成就了一個完整的套房，滿足長輩臨時居住的需求。

Unlike traditional residential spaces, this home serves as a natural extension of home life. Located near the family's primary residence, this 15-ping space was designed for a family of four to expand their lifestyle. Through innovative approaches, it can be used for gatherings, tutoring, or dance practice, offering high flexibility and functionality that challenges conventional ideas of residential space. The original three-bedroom layout was transformed into two bedrooms and a study, with the reorientation of a bathroom door creating a complete suite for the elder family members' occasional stay.

新空間的地理位置十分便捷，與住家僅隔一條巷弄，讓家人來往自如。與原住宅相比，此處的設計語彙更為現代、年輕，呼應其特殊的功能定位，同時保留既有木紋磚地面，以細膩紋理展現自然質感。業主一家喜愛簡約的生活，家中的物品不多，但每一件都充滿深思熟慮的選擇。據設計師回憶，不喜囤物的他們對於「斷捨離」有高度實踐力，這樣的生活哲學也延續到此次規劃中，達到多元需求的同時，保持簡約而不失功能。

The new space is conveniently located, just across an alley from the main residence, allowing for easy access between family members. In contrast to the original home, the design language here is more modern and youthful, reflecting its unique functional purpose while preserving the existing wood-grain tile floor, whose intricate texture adds a natural touch. The family enjoys a minimalist and refined lifestyle, with few possessions but each one carefully chosen. According to the designer's recollection, the owners dislike hoarding and are highly disciplined in "decluttering," a philosophy that has carried through into this design, balancing diverse needs with simplicity and functionality.

圓拱形鏡子拉大玄關的空間感，並搭配天際線延伸出柔和的輪廓線條。起居區採開放布局，沙發後有一面大鏡子，不僅讓視覺感覺更為開闊，更為女兒打造一個理想的舞蹈練習區。業主一家雖平日較少在此烹飪，但齊全的餐廚功能依然能在客人短期居住時提供完整設施，成為聚會的理想空間。

Given the narrow entryway, the team cleverly incorporated an arched mirror, visually enlarging the space, paired with a skyline design that extends soft contours. The living area adopts an open-plan layout, with a large mirror behind the sofa, not only expanding the visual space but also creating an ideal practice area for the daughter. The dining and kitchen area is fully functional, with a central island and built-in refrigerator. Though the family doesn't cook much, the space is fully equipped to host guests or elderly family members during their stay, making it an ideal place for gatherings.

簡潔而富有質感的層架除了實用的收納功能，亦巧妙劃分公私領域。半穿透的設計保障書房的隱私，又不失光線與視線的通透。天花板、牆面與櫃體選用相似的灰色調，但通過不同灰階層次的運用，搭配異材質交疊，每一處細節宛如藝術品般綻放。進入私領域，書房巧妙運用小冰柱讓視線和光線皆得以穿透、灑入，一側拉門則利用鏡面放大空間，在開閡之間形成空間的流動感。此案是住宅的延伸，更是一種生活方式的展現，開啟家庭空間規劃更多可能。

The minimalist and elegant shelving design not only serves practical storage needs but also cleverly divides public and private areas. The semi-transparent design ensures the study's privacy while maintaining light and visibility. The ceiling, walls, and cabinetry use similar gray tones, but varying shades and the use of different materials create an artful display of details, revealing a refined touch. Into the private domain, the study incorporates small glass rods, allowing both light and sightlines to pass through and illuminate the space. On one side, a sliding door with a mirrored surface enhances the sense of spaciousness, creating a fluid transition between open and enclosed areas. This space is not just an extension of the home but a manifestation of a lifestyle, opening up more possibilities for family space planning.
