未秧設計｜NEVERLAND DESIGN

本案以色彩對比和材質細節勾勒現代居所的簡約風貌，卻不失豐富層次感，更充分貼合屋主夫妻的需求與家庭計畫，空間運用靈活多元，且細膩考量育兒安全，將機能巧妙融於美學之中。

This project uses color contrasts and material details to outline the minimalist character of a modern residence while retaining a rich sense of layering. Fully tailored to the couple's lifestyle needs and family plans, the layout is flexible and versatile, with thoughtful consideration for child safety, integrating functionality seamlessly into the overall aesthetic.

步入玄關，右側深色立面整合儲物間入與客衛入口，視覺上簡潔大方。為緩解狹長門廊的壓迫感，團隊特意規劃淺色石材壁龕，並搭配石材穿鞋椅與同色漆牆，共同放大空間感受。入口深色地坪延伸至廚房，廚具依屋主喜好以黑為主色。與相鄰客餐廳形成強烈對比，整體明亮、輕盈，大面採光映入淺色與石材牆面。在明暗對比之間，設計師選用富有紋理的石材中島作為過渡，以茶鏡立面弱化界線，串聯廚房與客餐廳，同時輔以玻璃夾紗拉門作為分隔，關閉時亦可透光，為廚房區帶來充裕的自然光。

Upon entering the foyer, a dark-toned feature wall on the right discreetly conceals the storage room and guest bathroom, lending a clean, refined first impression. To ease the corridor's narrow proportions, a light stone niche paired with a matching bench and painted wall visually expands the space. Dark flooring from the entry flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where black cabinetry reflects the owners' preferences. In striking contrast, the adjacent living and dining areas are bright and airy, with natural light washing over pale walls and stone surfaces. A textured stone island with a tea-colored mirrored facade bridges the tonal shift, softening boundaries between the kitchen and main living area, while a frosted glass sliding door maintains a sense of openness even when closed.

由於客廳天花管線與樑位複雜，設計師以特殊手法包覆中央低矮大樑，宛如展開的翅膀向兩側展開，減輕壓迫感，進而延展空間，同時自然劃分客廳區域。此區選用低彩度灰白木地板降低色彩干擾，照明則透過重點光源交織間接燈，餐桌上方配置適合微傾天花的輕盈Flos吊燈。考量家有幼兒以及偶而宴客的需求，設計上須具備高機能、亦維護兩大特點。為此，家具上選擇Ligne Roset沙發，不論兒童玩耍或親友聚會之時，皆可彈性調整方向。牆面選用易維護的特殊漆，便於居家清潔與畫面維持；而藏於格柵後的電視線，亦兼顧簡約美感與實用性。

走進私領域，主臥床頭處的低樑以斜面木皮天花延伸至牆面，巧妙隱藏結構並營造包覆感。兩側分別設置黑色壁燈與吊燈，搭配深色鐵件展示架與木質層板，成為廊道的特殊端景，亦呼應全室色調。此宅邸利用黑白對比創造層次，以材質呼應構築語彙，再透過多樣石材串聯視覺，並以細節設計弱化空間分界，為屋主一家打造兼具美感、機能彈性且育兒友善的居所。

In the private quarters, a low beam above the master bed is absorbed into a sloped wood-paneled ceiling that continues down the wall, concealing structural elements and creating a cocoon-like feel. Black wall lamps and pendant lighting flank the bed, while dark metal display shelves with wood accents form a striking corridor vignette that echoes the home's palette. Across the interiors, black-and-white contrasts add depth, material choices reinforce the architectural language, and varied stone textures link each space. Subtle detailing softens boundaries, resulting in a home that is visually refined, adaptable in function, and welcoming for a young family.
