「สบายๆ（sabai sabai）」在泰文中意指「慢慢來、自在生活」，此屋正是以此慢活精神為設計主軸，結合設計師對泰國文化的鍾愛，以木質元素、低彩度的柔和用色，以及細緻光線的層層堆疊，打造彷如坐落森林、綠意環繞、瀰漫著芬多精的悠然居所，讓人不自覺放慢腳步，沈浸於寧靜與舒心的氛圍之中。考量到僅有兩人居住的實際需求，團隊打破原有三房格局，轉化為兩房配置，使空間運用更有餘裕；其中一間房保留彈性使用，既可作為客房，也能靈活轉化為儲物間，用於收納露營裝備與腳踏車等大型器具。對於現代小宅普遍面臨的收納困境而言，此宅在坪數有限的條件下，讓機能與舒適得以並行。

"สบายๆ (sa bai sa bai)" is a Thai phrase that gently means "take it slow, live at ease." Embracing this spirit of slow living, the design of this home draws inspiration from the warmth of Thai culture. Soft, low-saturation hues, layered natural lighting, and generous use of wood come together to craft a tranquil, nature-infused retreat—like a home wrapped in greenery and filled with the scent of forest air. The moment you step inside, your pace naturally slows, inviting a sense of calm and ease.

全室以白色為清新基調，不採傳統黑白強烈對比，而是以灰黑色的低彩度作為輔襯，搭配木地板與藤編家具等自然語彙，營造出溫潤而放鬆的空間氛圍。餐廚區以回字型動線配置，讓流動更為順暢；餐桌與小吧檯彼此銜接，兼顧用餐與辦公機能，同時透過不規則的折角設計，於關鍵處巧妙拓寬通道，除了賦予動線彈性，也為視覺增添趣味與層次。

The home is anchored in a crisp white palette, deliberately avoiding the stark contrast of black and white. Instead, subtle shades of grey and black pair with wood flooring and woven rattan furnishings, introducing a natural vocabulary that softens the space and creates a relaxed, breathable atmosphere. In the kitchen and dining area, a loop-shaped layout enhances circulation, while the dining table and small bar are custom-designed with angled joints to meet both dining and work needs. This not only allows for efficient use of space but also broadens pathways where necessary and adds a playful rhythm to the visual flow. The table edge, finished with solid wood trim, quietly continues the warmth of natural textures. Lighting plays a subtle but powerful role—walls catch the shifting play of light and shadow, while linear ceiling lights extend the sense of space and gently highlight focal areas.

細看細節，桌沿採用實木條收邊，延續自然材質的溫潤觸感；嵌入牆體的燈光則在光影變化中引導視線停留，頂板的線燈設計進一步強化空間尺度感，在簡約中蘊含層次與深度。此外，客廳天花的電扇悄然成為點睛之筆，不僅是因應通風需求的實用選擇，更呼應業主對復古家電的偏好。午後時分，扇葉輕轉，微風徐來，光影自窗外斜灑入室，木質與藤編構成的家具輪廓映照其間，構築出一幅生活氣息濃厚、質樸自然的家居畫面。

回望整體設計，透過光線、材質與格局的有機呼吸，泰式風情悄然滲入日常，不以過多裝飾喧賓奪主，卻滿載情感與時間的重量。在此，小宅亦能承載大日常，並在每一次推門而入的瞬間，輕聲提醒居者 —— 生活，可以慢慢來。

In the end, the home's design doesn't overwhelm with excess, but rather lets light, materials, and layout breathe in quiet harmony. Even a compact home, when thoughtfully crafted, can embrace a life well-lived—one that gently reminds you, every time you walk through the door: life can be taken slow.
