十名設計｜M-TEN Interior Design

此宅為業主平日用以款待親友的招待會所。身為熱情好客之人，屋主時常邀請三五知己來訪，或打麻將、或品茗聚餐，讓空間成為情誼交織、款待交心的理想場域。女主人對風格有著明確且堅定的偏好，不僅鍾情於內斂純粹的日式美學，更具備敏銳的美感判斷力。因此，從材質選用到整體色彩的拿捏，皆以其清晰的個人品味為主導，精準定調每一處細節。空間中的軟裝與選品亦由女主人親自挑選，透過細緻、優雅的家具語彙，傳遞日式風格中淡雅、溫潤的質地與生活態度。

This residence was envisioned as a welcoming retreat for the homeowner—a place to entertain close friends over tea, shared meals, and rounds of mahjong. The owner has a clear and unwavering aesthetic vision. Deeply drawn to the quiet purity of Japanese design, she possesses a refined eye for beauty. Every detail, from materials to the overall palette, was chosen with deliberate care, reflecting her personal taste. She took charge of the furnishings herself, curating pieces that echo the soft textures and understated elegance inherent in Japanese style.

有別於多數人對挑高空間加設夾層的慣常做法，本案選擇保留原始格局，充分發揮垂直尺度所帶來的通透與延展，形塑出一座氣度開闊、從容舒展的招待會所。設計團隊以「清透、簡約、秩序」為核心主軸，透過米白色調與淺木紋材質的交織，營造溫潤氛圍。由於屋主尤其重視入門後的第一印象，期望一入內便能望見麻將間的端景畫面，團隊為此拆除原有牆面，讓視線得以穿透延展，營造開闊的迎賓空間。接著進入公領域核心，彼此相鄰的麻將間與客廳，透過長虹玻璃拉門靈活劃分，兼具通透感與隱私性。餐廳與廚房則延續白色基調，電視牆以仿清水模木紋塗料作為視覺重點，於簡約中點出層次；而細節處如格柵語彙與餐邊櫃比例，亦經過多次推敲與調整，最終呈現出層次分明、視覺節奏清晰的迎賓端景。

In contrast to the common practice of adding mezzanines to take advantage of high ceilings, the owners opted to retain the original open height. This choice embraced the vertical expanse, allowing for a sense of spaciousness and calm to unfold throughout the home. Guided by the themes of clarity, simplicity, and harmony, the design pairs off-white tones with light wood grain to cultivate a serene atmosphere. A strong first impression was key. The owners wanted guests to immediately glimpse the mahjong room upon entry. To achieve this, the design team removed obstructing walls, opening the sightline to create a welcoming, expansive foyer. The mahjong room is framed with ribbed glass sliding doors that balance transparency and privacy. At the heart of the public areas, the mahjong room and living room are separated by a flexible sliding partition. The dining and kitchen areas maintain the white color scheme, while a dark wood finish on the TV wall introduces visual depth. The private quarters were designed around functional needs, featuring a master bedroom and a guest suite. Details such as the proportions of the fluted paneling and sideboard were carefully refined to perfect the view.

私領域規劃忠於生活需求，設置主臥與客房，其中，客房尤具巧思——以「京都氛圍」的休憩場域為構想，利用深色木質語彙結合低矮床墊，營造出宛如古城老旅館的質樸氣息。團隊更以架高設計，於床頭設置日式拉門串聯後方衛浴，創造豐富視覺層次。衛浴空間的石材與木頭，以水平與垂直線條交織對話，自開窗灑入的自然光，輔以薄板磚的細緻紋理，精緻詮釋屋主所嚮往的日式居住意境。此案以純粹日式的生活款待，打造無夾層挑高招待宅，在溫潤色調與細膩結構裡，道出歲月靜好的氛圍，期待親友的來訪。

The guest room, in particular, reflects refined ingenuity—envisioned as a Kyoto-inspired retreat, it features dark wood tones paired with a low-profile mattress, evoking the rustic charm of a traditional inn in an ancient city. A raised platform integrates a Japanese-style sliding door at the head of the bed, subtly linking the room to the adjacent bathroom. In the bathroom, stone and wood interplay through horizontal and vertical lines while natural light streams in through the windows, softly highlighting the delicate textures of thin porcelain tiles. This project reinterprets the Japanese art of hospitality through a mezzanine-free, high-ceilinged residence. With warm tones and meticulous structure, it conveys a tranquil, timeless atmosphere—an inviting space awaiting the arrival of cherished friends and family.
