桃園 李宅
本案是近二十五年的老宅翻新，設計師重新安排格局，視空間為畫布，以色調、光線、材質與軟裝為顏料，在與屋主長年相識的默契之下，勾勒出家的凝聚力。
This project is a renovation of a nearly 25-year-old home. The designer reimagined the layout, treating the space like a blank canvas. With colors, lighting, materials, and furnishings as their tools—and guided by a deep, long-standing understanding with the homeowner—they painted a warm, cohesive vision of what home means.
原本封閉的格局被重新打開，引導自然光流入空間中心，為原本昏暗的核心區域注入明亮生氣。格局配置上以餐廳為軸心，一張圓形餐桌成為家庭交流與動線的交會點，生活空間由此向外延展。整體動線經重新規劃後不僅更為流暢，也明確勾勒出家的核心：自玄關進入餐廳，再過渡至客廳，隨著步伐推進，形成小、中、大的漸進式體驗。地坪材質的轉換亦強化空間層次，玄關鋪設石材，餐廳使用木地板，客廳與書房則以編織地毯銜接，三種材質與牆面、天花板的切線精準對齊並界定不同場域。
The previously enclosed layout was opened up to allow natural light to flow into the center of the home. The spatial configuration centers around the dining area, where a round table serves as the focal point for both movement and family interaction, with the living areas extending outward from this core.
With the layout reimagined, the circulation became more fluid and the heart of the home more clearly defined: entering from the foyer, one passes through the dining space and into the living room, experiencing a gradual transition from small to large. Stone at the entrance, wood in the dining area, and woven rugs connecting the living room and study—each aligned precisely with the walls and ceilings to define separate zones.
此外，全屋以理性語彙為基底，並透過材質注入柔和的日常溫度。電視牆選用不鏽鋼，運用俐落線條與內斂光影，形塑現代質感；編織地毯柔化居家畫面，且以一張圓毯作為場域和視覺的重心，不僅達到安定氛圍的效果，更呼應圓型餐桌，以圓滿意象再次強調家的凝聚力。此外，細節與光線構成視覺層次——牆面、櫃體的坎燈安排、天花弧形收邊，甚至是石材塊體的開縫透光，皆一氣呵成形塑光影節奏，在理性結構與感性溫度中交織溫度。
The design language is grounded in a cool, rational aesthetic, softened by material choices. The stainless steel TV wall employs clean lines and subtle lighting to evoke a modern, refined feel. Woven rugs soften the overall visual tone, with a central round rug anchoring the space and echoing the round dining table—reiterating the sense of unity and togetherness. Visual layering is also achieved through lighting details—recessed lighting in walls and cabinetry, curved ceiling edges, and backlit stone cuts all come together to orchestrate a rhythm of light and shadow that balances rational structure with emotional resonance.
細節處不忘悉心著墨：如書房背牆的嵌燈線條與側牆夾砂玻璃上方的特殊切割，展現精緻工藝；即便是短暫停留的客衛空間，亦以黑色主調與訂製鏡面，展現比例與視覺張力的精密拿捏。主臥床頭則透過特殊切割與垂直軌道壁燈，呼應整體語彙。本案運用超過五種異材質——不鏽鋼、鐵件、木質、石材與編織品，打造簡約而富的層次，於每道線條和光影中，處處埋藏巧思。
From the embedded lighting lines on the study's back wall to the precision-cut glass above the sandblasted wall panel, each element showcases refined craftsmanship. Even the guest bathroom, a space meant for brief visits, uses a black palette and custom mirrors to create a balance of scale and visual impact. In the master bedroom, custom-cut surfaces and vertical track lighting at the headboard continue the overarching language. The project integrates over five materials—stainless steel, iron, wood, stone, and woven textiles—achieving a minimalist yet richly layered composition.
