桃園蔡宅
如沙般柔軟，如月般和緩，此宅以潔淨而溫潤的語彙，描摹出一對相伴多年的夫妻的悠然居所。憑藉極佳的採光條件，壁面大面積施以特殊漆，以低彩度的色澤承接自然光的溫柔；地坪延續相近色系，藉此統一視覺基調。當日光傾瀉入室，歲月靜好的氣息輕盈地漫滿全屋；穿插其中的深色元素，如櫃體、桌子及鐵件，則在深淺的層次視覺、輕重的設計韻律之中，描摹晚年生活的恬靜樣貌。
Soft as sand, gentle as the moon, this residence uses a clean and warm design language to sketch the serene home of a couple who have shared many years together. Benefiting from natural light, the walls are finished with large expanses of specialty plaster in muted tones, capturing daylight with a tender glow. The flooring continues in similar hues, unifying the visual foundation. When sunlight pours in, a tranquil air fills every corner; deep-toned elements, such as cabinetry, tables, and ironwork, add layering between light and dark, and a rhythmic balance between weight and lightness, reflecting the quiet beauty of life in its later chapters.
配合實際需求，設計師首先一改原先四房格局，縮減為兩房，一間作為主臥室，另一則是供女兒、女婿返家休憩場所。釋放後的空間大幅拓展公領域的尺度，而整體格局的特別之處在於，不同於當今常見將客餐廳與餐廚區串聯的開放式格局，女主人仍偏好明確的區分。為此，設計團隊以一道造型牆體界定出如洞穴般的入口，踏入其間，便是專為其量身打造的烹飪天地。俐落的界線既保留空間的親近感，又強調彼此的獨立性。此外，中島與餐桌相連設計亦在此宅中自然呈現，垂直的配置與客廳縱向的動線形成俐落轉折，讓格局更具層次。餐桌上方，兩盞大而醒目的 Normann Copenhagen Bell 懸垂而下，成為視線焦點，鐘鈴般的造型可愛而不失格調，為此宅注入一抹輕快的生命力。
To meet the homeowners' needs, the original four-bedroom layout was reconfigured into two: one as the master bedroom, the other a guest room for their daughter and son-in-law when visiting. The freed-up space significantly expands the communal area. Unlike open layouts popular today where living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together, the lady of the house prefers clear separation. In response, the design team created a sculptural wall framing a cave-like entrance, leading into a cooking space tailored for her. This crisp boundary preserves intimacy while emphasizing independence between zones. A kitchen island seamlessly connects to the dining table, arranged vertically to the living room's axis, creating a neat spatial turn and adding depth to the plan. Above the table, two large Normann Copenhagen Bell pendant lights command attention — their bell-shaped forms playful yet refined, infusing the space with a lively charm.
簡潔俐落又充滿溫柔的空間表情，奠基於兩大設計關鍵：統一視覺、燈光巧思。細節處如門片的設計，統一以隱藏式手法隱於畫面之中，藉此維持居室的簡潔視覺。燈光規劃方面，除了顯眼的造型燈飾，設計師格外注重暗處的燈光點綴，無論是隔層下方，或是空間轉折處，都適當地增添柔和光源，創造空間立體度的同時，強調宅邸的柔緩氛圍。綜覽全室，在灰白的無盡鋪展中，光影緩緩交織，時間彷彿不再急促，反而緩慢、安穩地沉澱下來，讓生活回歸簡單與純粹。
The home's simple, streamlined yet gentle character rests on two design pillars: visual unity and thoughtful lighting. Details such as doors are integrated with hidden handles, keeping the overall sightline clean. In lighting design, beyond the sculptural fixtures, the designer pays special attention to subtle illumination — soft lights tucked beneath shelves or at spatial transitions enhance the dimensionality while underscoring its calm and relaxed atmosphere. Throughout the gray-and-white expanse, light and shadow weave slowly, as if time no longer rushes but settles into a steady, unhurried rhythm — allowing life to return to a place of simplicity and purity.
