為畫家打造的週末宅應該是什麼模樣？它既要成為文藝創作的流動器皿，又需承載精準設計的理性思維。長波設計打破傳統住宅框架，重新詮釋空間，契合屋主一面生活、一面創作的日常邏輯，構築出專屬於個人的畫室居所。

What should a weekend home for an artist look like? It must balance artistic creation with precise design. longwave studio breaks traditional residential boundaries to create a space that aligns with the homeowner's lifestyle and creative process, resulting in a personal art studio residence.

由於原始格局未能將海景納入視野，設計師重新劃定空間，運用靈活的推拉門界定不同場域，讓自然光與海色悄然滲入，成為畫布之外最純粹的靈感源泉。僅有 17 坪的空間，透過開放式規劃得以最大化利用，半高磚牆輕柔地劃分功能區域，讓視線自由流動。

The original layout did not capitalize on the ocean view, so the designers redefined the space with flexible sliding doors to delineate different zones, allowing natural light and ocean hues to flow into the home. Despite its compact 17-ping size, the open-plan layout maximizes space, with a half-height brick wall gently dividing functional areas and enabling an unobstructed flow of sight.

為了放大並延伸周末入住的愜意感，團隊在玄關左側設置儲物間，提供放置行李與包包的空間，讓每次回家都如同入住旅館般的從容。儲物空間以半高磚牆圍塑，搭配平條玻璃保留輕盈視覺，讓光線由內而外輕柔渲染，而一片巧妙嵌入的壓克力板，除了維持空間的輕盈與流動感，更創造穩固天花的視覺感受。

A storage room was added to the left of the entryway, offering a space for luggage and bags. This creates a serene, hotel-like atmosphere with a half-height brick wall and flat glass strips that maintain a light visual effect. A cleverly embedded acrylic panel preserves the space's lightness and flow while grounding the ceiling visually. 

書桌由木工現場量身打造，桌面一側平直，另一側帶弧度，順應站立作畫的步伐與律動。桌腳內嵌寬抽屜，精準收納草圖與宣紙。為兼容繪畫與生活，設計師將原本封閉的廚房敞開並設置中島，讓用餐與創作區域彼此獨立，卻又因相鄰而流暢串聯。作畫區的白牆內藏巧思——牆體內預埋鐵件再覆以薄木板，透過磁吸功能滿足屋主在牆上張貼圖片及資料的需求，同時保留視覺上的清爽感。

The desk, custom-built by local carpenters, is tailored to the homeowner's needs. One side is straight, the other curved, following the rhythm of standing while painting. A wide drawer is incorporated for storing sketches and rice paper. To seamlessly combine painting and daily life, the designer opened the kitchen, installing an island that connects dining and creative spaces while maintaining their independence. In the painting area, a white wall hides a thoughtful design—metal components are embedded in the wall and covered with thin wood paneling, allowing magnetic functionality while preserving aesthetics.

主臥簡約安定，以白色小磚勾勒純粹氛圍，同時與衛浴和更衣室相互串聯，形成完整休憩空間。團隊更透過降軌設計，讓窗簾從主臥自然延伸至客廳，維持視覺流暢。材質間的呼應展現純粹與輕盈，咖啡色磚與木皮溫暖交織，白色塗料與金屬鐵件則增添輕盈視覺。

The master bedroom is outlined with white small bricks to create a pure atmosphere, while connecting seamlessly with the bathroom and walk-in closet. The team also incorporated a lowered track, allowing the curtains to extend from the bedroom to the living room. The materials interplay between the warmth of coffee-colored bricks and wood veneer and the lightness of white paint and metal ironwork. 

Sightlines in the living room avoid the bathroom and bed, ensuring privacy while defining spatial boundaries.Living by the sea, the design incorporates climate considerations, with an exposed dehumidifier in the storage room that combines functionality with beauty. In this warm, poetic art studio, the artist is able to immerse in the creative process, drawing inspiration from the sea breeze and morning light.
