此宅位於一幢老公寓中，擁有寬敞露台與靈活格局，恰如其分地滿足屋主夫婦的核心需求：為孩子們營造一個安全、自在的成長天地。得天獨厚的基地條件，加上女主人自幼成長於此地的深厚情感，讓一家人最終選擇落址於此。

This duplex residence, nestled on the fifth and sixth floors of an old apartment building in Tianmu, offers a spacious terrace and a flexible layout—perfectly aligning with the homeowners' vision of creating a safe and comfortable space for their children to grow. The home's ideal location, coupled with the wife's deep-rooted connection to the neighborhood, ultimately made it the family's chosen retreat.

雙層空間展現清晰的機能分野，樓下為專屬孩子的活動與公共場域，樓上則作為夫妻的靜謐休憩區。公區強調開放感與流動性，打破既有繁複隔間，將封閉的廚房改為開放式，讓空間自由延展，場景畫面更為通透。可調節的拉門巧妙區隔露臺和室內，展現大坪數的寬闊感；大片玻璃窗結合 L 型採光引入豐沛日光，木質紋理與綠意植栽點綴其中，場內因而流動著盎然生氣。

The two levels clearly define their functions: the fifth floor serves as an active communal space for the children, while the sixth floor is a serene sanctuary for the couple. The public area emphasizes openness and fluidity, breaking down unnecessary partitions to create a more seamless flow. The once-enclosed kitchen is now open, allowing the space to extend freely. Adjustable sliding doors separate the terrace from the interior, enhancing the home's airy atmosphere. Expansive glass windows and an L-shaped layout bring in abundant natural light, while wooden textures and lush greenery infuse the space with a refreshing vibrancy.

屋主鍾情於金屬質感、復古風情與自然元素，設計師特意保留老屋的原梁自然裸露，再以酒紅、蔥綠等溫潤色彩，搭配特殊漆的細膩紋理，營造濃郁的復古氛圍。場內家具皆為訂製，從餐桌椅的比例拿捏到樓梯切角的設計，無不經過精心考量。

With a love for metal textures, vintage charm, and natural elements, the homeowners sought a design that blended these aesthetics. The original beams were left exposed, preserving the home's character, while deep burgundy and olive green hues, paired with textured specialty finishes, evoke a rich retro ambiance. Every piece of furniture is custom-made, from the precise proportions of the dining table to the carefully angled staircase. In the living room, a movable and adjustable sofa enhances the dynamic openness of the space. For the homeowners, passionate about cooking, the kitchen is the heart of the home—a striking composition of a metal island counter, warm-toned wooden cabinetry, and a green tiled backsplash that echoes the outdoor foliage. The deep, moody hues of the kitchen contrast with the brightness of the other spaces, much like a hidden retreat within a lush forest. To harmonize the ceiling's varying heights, the design team introduced fluid curves, softening the visual transitions and seamlessly linking the kitchen and living area.

客廳以可靈活移動、調整方向的沙發形塑流動感，呼應整體開放的寬闊氣度。對於喜愛烹飪的屋主而言，廚房是家中的靈魂場域——金屬吧台與暖橘木質上下呼應，綠色小磚牆映襯窗外植景，宛如隱身於叢林中的祕密廚房，更以深沉用色凸顯其餘場域的明亮寬敞。此外，為順應天花的高低落差，團隊利用流暢的弧線柔化層次，降低視覺斷點之餘串接客廳與廚房，使空間流轉更顯和諧。
