Casa Sapo stands as an exemplary single-family dwelling situated within the esteemed neighborhood of Jardim Paulistano in São Paulo, Brazil. Occupying this residence are a couple alongside their adolescent son and daughter, thereby necessitating a residence that seamlessly amalgamates comfort with ample space for social gatherings, while also ensuring the provision of secluded retreats for personal solace and reprieve. The architectural composition of the residence unfolds across four meticulously planned levels, each catering to distinct functional requirements while maintaining a cohesive design ethos.
該案為經典的單戶住宅，坐落於巴西聖保羅著名的保利斯塔諾社區內。作為一對夫妻與其青春期子女的居所，格外需要一處寬敞且舒適的環境，以滿足社交聚會的需求；同時享有靜僻的休憩場域，使心靈得到的慰藉。為此，建築四層樓皆經過精心規劃，各區既具備不同使用機能，亦保有具凝聚力的空間氛圍。
At ground level, a grand entranceway ensconced beneath a lengthy pergola grants ingress into the dwelling, affording vistas that gracefully incorporates into the living quarters and the verdant rear garden. This level harmoniously intertwines the living and dining spaces, fostering a fluid transition into the tropical haven of the garden, thus fostering an idyllic sanctuary amidst the urban bustle. Additionally, a discreet service zone, housing the culinary domain, laundry enclave, and storage alcove, discreetly occupies a portion of this foundational plane, ensuring the seamless execution of household operations. The first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, with meticulously crafted chambers designed to cater to the bespoke needs of each familial member. This phase of design exploration was marked by an exhaustive endeavor to comprehend the nuanced personalities of the occupants, ultimately culminating in bespoke solutions that harmonize with their individual predilections and proclivities. Ascending to the summit, the topmost tier unveils a multifaceted space that artfully combines disparate amenities within a unified expanse. A gourmet dining enclave, an entertainment precinct adorned with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and a compact fitness area converge to provide a comprehensive spectrum of leisurely pursuits. The terrace, occupying pride of place atop the uppermost level, serves as an elevated vantage point offering panoramic vistas of the cityscape. Here, a diminutive pool, resplendent with travertine finishes, provides a refreshing reprieve while an intimate gathering space beckons inhabitants to revel in the splendor of the urban panorama.
宏偉的入口就位於狹長的涼棚下方，順著動線走進住宅，可看見生活場域優雅地融入綠意昂然的後花園景觀。於地面層，起居區和用餐區在此和諧交織，促使動線流暢過渡至熱帶天堂花園，繼而在喧囂城市中營造猶如田園詩般愜意的避難所。此外，服務性空間皆巧妙地隱蔽於建築內部，包括廚房、洗衣間、儲物間等區域均佔據了此基礎平面的一部分，以確保居者可無縫執行各式家務。順著階梯拾級而上，一樓主要規劃為寢室區域，經悉心設計的臥室旨在符合各家庭成員的個人需求。由此可知，悉知居者的個性是該層樓的設計特點，最終將每個人的喜好適當地融於建築之中。登上頂層便來到複合式空間，該層樓將不同設施匯集於此，無論美食品鑑、最新娛樂設施及健身設備皆可在此使用，提供全方位的休閒活動場域。其中，露台佔據頂層最醒目的位置，此區亦帶有一個石灰華飾面的小型游泳池，提供令人耳目一新的休憩場所，而如此私密的聚會空間，更吸引居者陶醉於城市美景之中。

Pois Domingos Pascali e Sarkis Semerdjian foram criados em meio ao trabalho artesanal de seus pais. E, se artesanalremete a cuidado, e cuidado remete a amor, e exatamente o amor pelo oficio aquilo que melhor os caracteriza. Dos
primeiros tracos ao resultado final, seja de uma Iuminaria ou de um edificio, o projeto assinado pelo escritorio sempre vai contar com a dedicacao irrestrita - e com a inspirada veia criativa - de ambos.
Experiencia solida tambem e algo que os dois tem em comum. Formado pela Universidade Bras Cubas e com mais de trinta anos de atuacao, Domingos Pascali passou por renomados escritorios de Sao Paulo. Ja Sarkis Semerdjian graduou-se pela FAU do Mackenzie e, antes de se associar a Pascali, tambem fez parte da equipe de importantes nomes da arquitetura brasileira.
Juntos, ja assinaram inumeros projetos nas mais diversas categorias: arquitetura, design, cenografia, etc. E, em comum, todos os projetos tem aquilo que deu origem a parceria: a paixao por fazer cada vez melhor, do comeco ao fim.
